Fully fitted townhouse (dishwasher, w/machine) with sparkling communal pool. TV (English/Spanish), DVD player, music system included. Beach and bath towels included, together with beach umbrellas, chairs etc. A car can be included as part of a package, but bus stop to beach close by. Calpe boasts an amazing natural volcanic rock, clean, crisp beaches, water sports and much more. The beachfront boasts a two mile long promenade, numerous restaurants, tourist shops and cafes.
Alicante Airport is most convenient - 50 minutes by car or taxi, and buses also available to Calpe bus station. The townhouse is 5 minutes by car to the beach. For golfers, there are several nearby greens; for climbers, there's the Penon de Ifach; for sailors, there's the amazing Marina, and the offer of many water sports. There are two very large beaches but a short way up or down the coast, one can explore many smaller beaches and coves.
My townhouse is serviced by a cleaner - prepared prior to arrival and cleared up and all the washing done once the guests have left. All you need are your personal possessions and see to your own food. There is a covered verandah and two patios for relaxing (with chairs and tables). The communal pool is a minutes walk from the house and is checked weekly to keep it sparkling.
There is a private gate up to the townhouse. The ground floor comprises the living area with a ceiling fan, dining room table and kitchen. There is an under stair guest toilet. On the first floor are the two bedrooms (main bedroom has a Juliet balcony) with standing fans and a full family bathroom (with washing machine). The second floor is for the washing lines and houses the satellite dish. This also houses the storage for umbrellas and beach equipment.
The entire house is available. Underneath the house is a private flat which remains locked.
Interaction with guests
My cleaner, who is also the wife of the chairman of the urbanisation, lives in the townhouse opposite the communal pool. She and her husband are available to help with any queries.

Check out time is at 10am on the morning of departure.
The expectation is that guests are respectful of my holiday home and treat it in a way they would expect there own homes to be treated.
Absolutely no smoking is allowed within the townhouse. As this is an urbanisation, with other homes in close proximity, noise should be kept to a minimum (and certainly no noise after 10pm).
