● The lawn on this property is not to be used for pet relief. There is a dog park one street over at Glenwood and Pacific
● Our pet fee is $275. $200 will be refunded to you IF our pet policy has been followed exactly

🍑 OCCUPANCY
This home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, making it ideal for intimate gatherings of families or groups of friends. For everyone’s comfort, please do not exceed this occupancy limit. Infants in cribs count as part of the six.
🍑 PARKING
The garage accommodates one car, and the driveway fits another. We’re on a residential street and some street parking is free but not guaranteed.
🍑 ACCESSIBILITY
While our home has no steps inside, it is on the second floor of a two-unit condo. If mobility is a concern, this may not be the best fit for your group.
🍑 SHARED SPACES
The backyard is shared with our downstairs neighbor, but you’ll have your own dedicated outdoor shower for your use.

🍑 BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book, or be accompanied by an adult.
🍑 NOISE
Please note that we are located on a quiet residential street that’s in the most vibrant part of a city. Wildwood swells to 250,000 people in the summer. There will be normal city noise, for example from the gym next door, restaurants nearby. The plus side is convenience. If you are more coming from a suburban or rural environment, this may be noisier than you’re used to. We welcome questions so you’re choosing the right home for your needs, or look up the corner of Maple and Pacific to learn more about the neighborhood.

This home operates on a FIRM cancellation policy. Please ask any questions on your mind before booking.
🍑 SMOKING
Smoking of any kind in or outdoors on our property is strictly prohibited. This includes our deck, the driveway, and the backyard.
