In this room,ideal for short stays and with a private entrance, you will find a private bathroom (with shower),and a cozy corner with a table. Perfect for couple with children. We don't offer the breakfast service. Wifi service included.

Nice and confortable room in the hearth of Venice, perfect for visiting the city because is located in a strategic position: we are right in front of the central station and very close to Piazzale Roma (the bus station)! Once arrived, you will have just to exit from the station and cross "ponte degli Scalzi", (the white bridge on the left, and walk for 5 min along the canal on the right, after the church with the green couple and an hotel you will find " calle del traghetto di santa Lucia". You will find there our place and you can leave your bags and feel at home!
The two rooms have both private bathroom and comfy beds. inside every room, you´ll find a corner with a table. You will also find a travel guide of Venice (in English and Italian) and at your arrival.
All around you can find nice places, as " bacareti" where to eat and have "cicheti" the famous venetians tapas, or pizzeria and nice restaurants and bar.
You will have the possibility to access in internet from the room.
The room is well furnished, with towels and bed sheets.
Maria will be happy to give you tips and informations about places to visit and things to do during your holiday. But please be patient because her english is basic.
Our neighborhood is very quiet, safe and confortable because is very close to piazzale roma and the railway station but at the same time very close to the centre. All around you can find bars, restaurants and supermarket. Here you would have the possibility to discover one of the most traditional parts of venice,where venetians are still living everyday life.
If you stay with us, there is no need to take public means of transport: everything you want to visit is just a nice walk away.
