The villa is located in a quiet area, about 200 meters from the Siczka reservoir, which was built on the Gzówka river.
The reservoir is a favourite place for tourists spending time in a microclimate.
On the one side of the reservoir there is a beach and a pedestrian promenade designed for both hikers and cyclists or roller skating enthusiasts, and on the other side there is the Kozienicka Forest reserve, which is dominated by, among others, pine trees, pedunclean oaks, common oaks, warty birches, fir trees and hornbeams.
There are also many mammals in the Reserve. These include squirrels, snouts, forest mice, brush mice, bats, hares, foxes, badgers, roe deer, wild boar and forest martens.
In the rich undergrowth we also meet protected and partially protected plants. These include orchids, lilies, May valleys and narrow-leaved honeys.
Hiking and cycling routes in the Jedlnia-Letnisko commune
A black hiking trail passes through the „Jedlnia” reserve, which begins in Jedlni-Letnisko, and then passes through the reserve, and later Kolonka, Kieszek, Stoki and Lewaszówka. On the reserve there are graves of hostages murdered by Nazis during World War II. In Jedlni-Letnisko, a bicycle trail that leads to Radom begins. Its total length is 12 km. The route runs mainly through agricultural areas. The Valley of the Pacynka River should be distinguished from the interesting places on the trail. There are many rare species of animals and plants. The entire route ends near Radom Airport. Bicycle enthusiasts often also use the bicycle trail, which begins at the Forest Education Centre in Jedlni-Letnisko, and then runs through the „Jedlnia” and „Ciszek" nature reserves. The entire route is 17.5 km long and takes more than 60 minutes to complete.

In summer and winter, tourists can take advantage of horseback riding in the Kozienicka Forest. There are several equestrian clubs in the area.
Bike lovers will also have no reason to complain. There are several bicycle trails in the commune, where interesting tourist facilities and natural monuments are located.
For fans of skating, skating, jogging or walking, the ideal place for recreation will be a professional promenade lined with red resin mass, which runs along the Siczka reservoir at Nadrzeczna Street. Kayaks, pedal boats or a floating pier will surely delight people who will come to the Siczki reservoir.
Experiences are also waiting for children. At Nadrzeczna Street, the youngest will be able to enjoy a modern and safe playground. A great way to actively relax is also to use the outdoor gym located along the pedestrian and bicycle lane.
