Spacious and very bright flat, more than 100 square metres wide, just renovated and carefully furnished , at 9th floor of a building served by 3 elevators. The entrance is video controlled; it is in a quiet green area and car parking is free.

The apartment is in a quiet, green area, even if near to main services and shops.
Even if the best thing is to drive here by your own car, since parking is free and you can reach a lot of interesting places in a day at your ease, there is a bus stop in front of the building, that you can use to get to the center of Mogliano ( and by a few minutes walking you are at the railway station to take a direct train-20 minutes- for Venice or for Treviso-10 minutes-). The bus goes on to Mestre railway station

Avendo due figli già grandi, io e mio marito amiamo viaggiare quando è possibile e spesso lo abbiamo fatto trascorrendo anche qualche mese all'estero. During your stay

We live 10 minutes far from the apartment, then we are always available if necessary. If by chance I can't welcome my guests, they will be received by my son who speaks Spanish too. If requested and subject to agreement, we can take guests from and to the airport of Venice or Treviso, or at the railway station in Mestre.
