The Space

Our space is bright, charming, and cozy. You'll feel safe and relaxed in our little corner of the world. We have a great view of lush trees from our windows, and a cozy and warm space to rest and relax inside. This space offers an extremely comfortable couch and we provide blankets, pillows, and towels for your use. We have a shared bathroom and kitchen that you have full access to. We'd love to share a meal and some great conversation with you! Our style is pretty eclectic with a colorful garden theme.

Just around the corner from our apartment is the great little quiet, hidden town of Multnomah Village where you can eat delicious meals, do some quiet shopping & antiquing, try a beer at the local brewery (Lucky Laborador), check out the biggest beer selection we've seen at John's Marketplace, or hike through a wonderful neighborhood park, plus tons of other great things to check out.

We're one block from the bus to take you right into downtown Portland. We can loan you some city maps, bike guides, city guides, and share our knowledge of all the great places to go while you're in Portland.

You'll love it here. Our quiet, conveniently located apartment makes for a great get away spot or just an affordable place to crash while exploring the city. We'd love to host you!

  • Really nice and welcoming hosts. The couch was very comfortable and I loved the large windows and trees nearby.

  • Linda and Adolfo were amazing hosts. They were extremely inviting, wonderful to talk to, full of life, compassionate, intelligent, and fun-loving. I had some odd travel times which they were happy to accommodate and made me feel like I was at home. The couch is magical. Probably more comfortable than any hotel bed with lots of blankets. Linda took me to a wonderful restaurant and we spent time walking around and showed me a little of the city. They are not just hosts, but friends you want to have in your life.

  • I was so delighted to find such warm hospitality! Linda and Adolfo were very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable in addition to answering my many questions about the city. They are also fantastic people to be with! I could not believe my luck at finding such positive and grounded hosts that were willing to share their time with me. They helped me with bus info and made wonderful suggestions for my first visit to the area. It just happens that they also live in a charming and extremely convenient location. We had wonderful conversations!
    All smiles here :)

  • Linda and Adolfo were wonderful hosts. I greatly enjoyed visiting and talking with them, and they were very accommodating and polite. I would stay here again on my way through Portland. Also, the little village they're beside is extremely charming, great thai food, live music, a brewery, coffee and quaint shops. Make sure to check it out.

  • Linda and Adolfo were amazing hosts! They took me around the city and pointed out places of interest, answered any questions I had about the city and relocation. They are very positive and fun to be around. Thank you for opening your home to me and making my stay in Portland a memorable one.

  • Adolfo and Linda were great hosts. Although I'm fairly well traveled, this was my first stay utilizing Airb&b. I have to say I was a little hesitant, but Adolfo made me feel welcome immediately.
They had prepared the sleeping area for me with bedding, towel, key for coming and going, and instructions for wifi access. Even though I got there late in the evening, Adolfo took the time to discuss the local attractions, culture, and even broke out a map to give advice on where I should try to find housing close to the college.

Great first experience with amazing people. If this is what Portland is like...I'm gonna love moving here!

Cheers Adolfo and Linda! I look forward to staying with you guys again.

  • Lovely home!! They are so welcoming!! I had just moved to Portland and needed somewhere to stay until my apartment was ready. After talking to them, I know I made the right decision to move here. The nicest people I have met so far...and the couch is sooooo comfortable! I would highly recommend to anyone coming to visit!

Adolfo and I are a fun couple living in Portland. Adolfo is a grad student at PSU and Linda just moved to Portland from Austin, Texas. We love traveling, meeting new people, exploring the neighborhoods of Portland, browsing and sampling at the farmers' market, and cooking meals for friends. Some of our hobbies include making fresh jam, listening to live jazz shows, hiking, cooking, and planning adventures. We'd love to help fellow adventurers enjoy Portland by sharing recommendations of our favorite places for fun, food, and experiences. This great city has so much to offer.
