Forget your worries in this rural and rustic, spacious and serene farm house. House on the hill is perched above the little town of Richland Oregon. With breathtaking views this is your gateway to Hells Canyon and the surrounding area, with Brown Lee reservoir minutes away and the mountains calling! World class fishing and hunting is right out the front door. Need something more peaceful? step out on the back patio for a glass of wine or cold drink as you take in the view of the vineyard.

The space
This 2,400 square foot home is a split level house with a full basement, main living floor and upstairs bedrooms. space abounds on all three levels. The game room and laundry are down stairs. living, kitchen and dinning areas are open concept on the main floor. the main floor also has a reading corner and desk to keep up on those pesky emails from work that keep popping up. Relax on the back porch and take in the view of the vineyard. When it's time for bed, head upstairs to choose any one of three bedrooms with queen beds. This house is a rural and rustic farm house on a short stretch of county road. Country living at its finest!

Other things to note
A large yard in the front and back along with several acres of vineyard to the North and East give the property lots of space to roam around.
