Located in a safe residential neighborhood. Close to downtown, the airport, Grand Ole Opry, and many major points of interest. Perfect for 1-2 adults; either business or vacationers. WiFi, and Netflix are available for guests.

The space
Perfect, private, separate and everything you need, for a memory filled stay in Nashville. You'll have your own porch entrance, private bath, kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner cooktop & dishwasher) with table and chairs, sitting area, queen size bed and parking for one car right in front. WiFi, and Netflix are set up and ready to go. From our place you can easily get to downtown to enjoy the many attractions, but stay in a residential neighborhood for a quiet, relaxing stay.

The entire studio apartment is all yours to come and go as you please. Typically, a few days before you arrive, you'll be messaged with detailed information about our unit.

Other things to note
While our private guest suite (studio apartment) is its own self-contained, private space with separate entrance, it shares walls with our adjacent personal space and my in-law's apartment. Just as in any other shared space, like a home or hotel, occasionally you may be able to hear others and vice versa.

The thermostat for the entire house is in our unit. If you are too hot/cold, give it a while. If you’re still uncomfortable, please send us a message is the Airbnb app. We’re happy to make adjustments.

Our unit is in a residential area, so attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. are close but not necessarily within walking distance.

Our unit is not suitable for children.

Check-in and check-out times are FIRM. Due to our work schedules and we are unable to make exceptions to check-in and check-out times.

Neighborhood highlights

Downtown Nashville is about 6 miles or a 15-20 minute drive or $15 -$25 Lyft/Uber (depending on demand) ride away. There are trade-offs that we are not located in downtown Nashville; not paying the $$$$ downtown hotel costs, put needing transportation to get to downtown and/or park downtown. Nashville is a car town, we are not known for our public transportation system. Although Uber/Lyft are readily available. Our unit is in a residential area (commercial entities are not permitted), so restaurants, shopping, etc. are close but not necessarily within walking distance. We are just a short distance from a wide variety of attractions, such as Opry Mills, The Grand Ole Opry, Old Hickory Lake, several Nashville Greenway trailheads, the ancestral home of President Andrew Jackson, and great locally owned restaurants.
