Please that this property is high in the mountain of Playa Ocotal (hence the wonderful view). It is very private and remote. The roads leading to the property are used by the community daily, however they can be steep and narrow at times. Are Car or SUV is recommended. Golf Carts and Tuk Tuks are not advised.

However, we are located in the lush Costa Rican tropics, and it’s not uncommon to see local wildlife such as ants, geckos (and their tiny droppings), or the occasional centipede, cockroach, or even a scorpion. While rare, scorpion stings are similar to bee stings unless you're highly allergic. Don’t be alarmed—this is part of life in the jungle, and we are in their natural habitat. 🦎✨
