Everything you can expect for a perfect Airbnb experience.
A lovely host, friendly and helpful; a very nice place, clean, well furnished and very well located.
We would come back for sure and we highly recommended this place, one of the best experience I have ever had on Airbnb.
My stay at Fernando's was wonderful. Fortunately he was off while I was there and so I was able to converse with him a lot about everything . It was so nice I consider him a new found friend. His place is clean and cozy. We enjoyed having drinks and dinner outside and it was fabulous! His place is just 2-3 minutes walk from Norrebro bus station and just few minutes bus ride to the center., but I love walking so I walk to and fro everyday and enjoyed the multi-cultural neighborhood. I can't wait to go back and stay at Fernando's place again. I highly recommend it!
it was a real pleasure to stay at Fernando's place: the apartment is really nice and comfortable and has a beautiful terrace. As a host, he was very easy, nice to talk to and also quick at hand with helpful recommendations for places to go to, rent a bike etc. I would stay again at his place and definitely recommend it! :-)
It was a nice stay, beautiful flat, everything was very clean and comfy. Would definitely go there again.
Fernando is an absolutely wonderful host. Since he was at work at the time of our arrival, he made arrangement with a friend to let us in, which worked out just great. We had the opportunity to chat with him when he returned from work. He's a very fine, hard-working, very polite, very pleasant and a very helpful young man. He's very responsive, always answered our e-mails promptly and strives to make sure that his guests are comfortable. The whole apartment is very clean, up to date, has a big bathroom, a good size room and the double bed is very comfortable. Coffee and a variety of tea are available for you to enjoy. The apartment is on the ground floor which is a big plus as many apartments in Copenhagen have no elevator. The location is also very convenient. Bus 5A from the airport gets you there in about 45 minutes. Get (email hidden) (don't confuse with Norreport St which is also a stop on the way to Norrebro St). Get a map of the city from the information booth at the airport. 5A also stops at the Central Train Stn and City Hall (Radhuspladsen). After check in, take 5A in the opposite direction to go to City Hall and walk from there to Stroget and the various tourist attractions. Or take 5A to the Central Train Stn ( about 15 minutes) and then get on bus 11A, which makes a loop to some of the major sights. You can buy a 24-hour Copenhagen City Pass at the airport for 75DKK with a credit card and that will give you unlimited public transportation (bus, metro, S-train, train). The 24 hours start when you validate the pass upon boarding a public transport. Or you can buy a 24-hr Copenhagen Card for 299DKK which covers unlimited public transportation and entrance fees to a variety of attractions. Also available are the 48-hr and 72-hr for both types. For those who are embarking on a cruise as we did and want to get to Freeport Cruise Terminal, take 5A to Central Train Stn, then go to spor (track) 9 or 10 , which will take you to Nordhavn St in 8 minutes. As you exit Nordhavn, turn right, walk till the end of the street and turn right again. A short distance down, you'll find a blue line on the street which will lead you to the cruise terminal. It's about a 15 - 20 min walk considering that you're dragging your luggage. Alternately, according to Fernando, bus 4A will get you to Nordhavn also, though we didn't try that option. The buses and trains run very frequently, so don't worry too much should you miss one.
In conclusion, I would definitely recommend staying at Fernando's apartment without any hesitation. You'll get an excellent and responsive host, a very clean and comfortable apartment, convenient location, reasonable rate -- what more can you ask for?
