The space
This is an expansive guest suite with private bathroom, two queen beds, fireplace, hardwood floors, wireless Internet and vaulted ceilings. Kiwassa Lake B&B is an Adirondack Bed & Breakfast conveniently located three miles from the Village of Saranac Lake in the Adirondack Mountains. The property is nestled on twenty wooded acres at the end of a dead end road on the water's edge of Lake Kiwassa. The grounds are heavily wooded and offer peace and solitude for hiking and cross country skiing.

The B&B has 3 other guest suites each with a private bath and wireless Internet access. There is a full guest kitchen located on the second floor for your convenience if you'd like to refrigerate drinks or store a snack.

Guests of the B&B have access to 23 miles of waterway through the Saranac Chain of Lakes. It is possible to boat from the lake to Oseetah Lake, down the Saranac River and end up in town on Lake Flower. Another option, we can take you and a canoe/kayak up to Middle Saranac Lake and you can paddle all the way back here, Kiwassa Lake! The grounds are heavily wooded and offer peace and solitude for hiking and cross country skiing.
