Spacious Historical Villa spread over 3 levels with internal and external staircase with panoramic views of the sea and the 5Terre. Perfect for families or medium sized groups as the property sleeps up to 8 and offers two separate living areas. Peaceful location away from the crowd with complete privacy in an elevated position overlooking the Village of Monterosso e with breath taking views.
The space
Overlooking vineyards and the 5Terre national park with stunning sea views. Family home with 2 living areas, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large eat-in kitchen and outside space for eating and relaxing. The house is spread over three floors and offers sea or garden views from all of the windows.
On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with a dedicated bathroom with shower and washing machine and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A spiral staircase takes you up to the first floor where there is a large living area with two comfortable sofas and sea views from most of the windows. The kitchen is to the rear of the property and has a large central island for eating and plenty of workspace to prepare your meals. There are all the appliances you may need including an oven, dishwasher and kettle. The second floor has an additional seating area with double doors that open on to a balcony offering spectacular sea views. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and small balcony with hill side views and the other with a single bed and study area with sea views from both windows. The sofa bed in the seating area can be used for an extra guest (upon request).

Walking paths take you to the village, beach, train in 10-15 minutes. A taxi takes 10 minutes and costs about 20 euros.

If you arrive by train you can take a taxi from outside the train station of Monterosso to the property for a cost of about 20 euros.
There is a public footpath next to the property that takes you down to the village and beach (10-15 minutes by foot).
There is a local bus that will drop you off at the end of the road.
