Located in the picturesque landscapes of Golden, Colorado, the expansive 10-acre outdoor space invites you to enjoy morning coffee amidst nature or evenings outside stargazing. Located just a short drive from downtown Golden, you'll have easy access to charming shops, local eateries, and scenic hiking trails.

We recommend catching a sunrise in the morning and relaxing with horizon views of the city lights by evening. With luck you'll catch sightings of the abundant local wildlife herds of elk and deer. In September you may be awoken at night by a bugling bull during the elk rut.

Excellent jogging, mountain biking, and road biking. Marathon runners can take a crack at the Golden Ranch Lap, a scenic and rigorous 22 mile route leaving from the property to explore Mt. Morrison, Red Rocks, Mathew Winters Park, Apex Park, Paradise Hills & Lookout Mountain.

Guest access
Guests park on the right (East) side of the house and use the entrance on the East side through the sunroom.

Other things to note
There is a separate basement unit in the house. Please note that this unit is NOT occupied, you have the entire house and property to yourself. However, it is locked off for the storage of some of the owner's belongings.

NO SMOKING:

No Smoking anywhere on the property. By county regulations, smoking is illegal at vacation rentals, even outside because of fire danger risk. Any guests caught smoking anywhere on the property, during their stay will be evicted and fined $250. If the house smells like smoke after departure, guests will be charged a $250 fine.

PLEASE TREAT THIS SPECIAL PLACE WITH RESPECT:

You’re on vacation, you’re paying a cleaning fee and we don’t expect you to clean. However, that’s not an excuse to leave the place trashed. Guests should not leave loose trash or perishables out, leave an excessive mess or damages that causes our cleaners to spend more time. Any of these violations will result in a minimum $250 fine and go up from there depending on the situation.
