Our casita was custom designed with the intent of being as comfortable and functional as it is inviting and uniquely Phoenician. It is nestled in a quaint historic neighborhood in the heart of downtown Phoenix. It is a short walk to Roosevelt Row, the Light Rail, and Grand Avenue Arts District. Sports venues and convention center are less than two miles away.

*Please note, the main house/yard on this property are currently under remodel but the casita and private patio will not be affected.

The space
Our casita was completely reimagined literally from the ground up for Airbnb. The entire space was custom designed with the intent of being as comfortable and functional as it is inviting and uniquely Phoenician. It features custom architectural finishes and details; a custom copper barn door, full grain leather pulls, custom birch casework with a murphy bed, 600 thread Pima cotton sheets, a luxury brass shower with floor to ceiling hand made penny tile among many others. It also has a big focus on sustainability including high efficiency HVAC, Energy Star appliances, LED lighting & high performance envelopes/insulation. Solar panels coming soon! This is a NON-SMOKING property.
