I booked Yassine's place for my friends who were visiting Paris for three days. Despite booking his apartment only the night before the expected check-in date, Yassine was able to answer all our queries on the location of the apartment, the check-in process, and all other questions related to the stay of my friends. Yassine was a wonderful host; I cannot fault him for anything. He was incredibly nice, patient, and understanding. Whenever he is needed, he was ready to respond and address our concerns. Truly, in terms of communication and hospitality, you cannot ask for a better host. The apartment itself was also incredibly spacious and beautiful. It was more than enough for my three friends and their luggage. The apartment is also easily accessible using the Metro of Paris. Overall, I would highly, highly recommend Yassine as a host and his apartment to anyone who is planning to stay in Paris for any length of time. Truly, the trip of my friends was made even more memorable and special thanks to Yassine's hospitality and his incredible apartment.

Great location. Enjoyed walking very close to Sacre Coeur and wonderful restaurants close by. Very spacious, comfortable multiple sleeping areas with huge TV for watching the Tour de France. Yassine is especially kind and responsive as a host.

Yassine was there to welcome us during check-in, was responsive, and helped us when we needed anything. He was a great host. The apartment location is good but not great, close to Sacre Coeur cathedral with many bars, restaurants, and a market nearby. Right on the 85 bus line. About a 10-15 min walk to the Cadet metro station. The apartment is okay, but has a college guys' crash pad vibe. Tiny kitchen and bath, and everything is old. Could really use some modernization updates and new amenities (drapes, linens, decor, appliances, etc.). No frills - which may be fine for younger guys and easygoing travelers. It is a 3rd floor walk up, which is rough for families and older folks after a day of walking. There is also some noise, but it usually quiets down fairly early. Not a bad place, but could use a little TLC.

It was a pleasure to stay in the flat of Yassine. He was very nice, flexible and helpful. The accommodation is centrally located, very near to Montmatre and surrounded by a lot of restaurants. I had been there together with my sons of 9 and 13 and they enjoyed it as well. I would choose again this accommodation when coming to Paris next time.
