Numerous palm and oak trees surround the home for privacy from the adjacent neighbors.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, luxury linens and towels, flat screen tvs, dvds and wireless secure internet. The patio offers an easy dining option with a seating area and gas grill. And after a day in the sun you can refresh yourself in the outdoor shower.

Please note: Peak summer 2015 season requires a 7 night minimum stay at $650 per night (inclusive of 12.5% tax and cleaning fees) with a maximum overnight occupancy of 8 people and up to 4 cars parked in the driveway (due to city ordinance). Rental period from Saturday to Saturday only. There is a $500 security deposit which is fully refundable provided there are no damages. NO smoking and NO pets.

My wife Mary and I are a couple of empty-nesters. We are fortunate enough to spend our winter and spring months in Isle of Palms, SC. For the remainder of the year we rent our beach house. We have been blessed with many wonderful guests and that is what makes it so rewarding for us to share our lovely home.
