The space
Hidden Oaks Lodge offers 8 thoughtfully arranged bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, designed to comfortably accommodate large groups while still providing space, privacy, and ease of gathering.
The main level is designed as a welcoming gathering space for families and groups, featuring multiple comfortable common areas. Guests can enjoy a cozy family room with a 60-inch smart TV, a separate sitting room perfect for conversation or quiet relaxation, and a spacious great room with a warm gas fireplace as the focal point. The large dining room includes two custom-built farm style tables, providing ample seating for group meals and special gatherings. For entertainment, the game room offers air hockey, foosball, and a variety of board games—perfect for guests of all ages.

In addition to the full en-suite bathroom, the lower level features separate men’s and women’s dormitory-style bathrooms, each thoughtfully designed with two private shower stalls, two private toilet stalls, and a spacious vanity area—offering comfort, privacy, and efficiency for larger groups.
A second laundry facility is also located on the lower level, providing added convenience for extended stays and large gatherings.

When you step outside you’ll enjoy the beauty and serenity of Hidden Oaks Lodge’s expansive outdoor spaces. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, retreat, wedding, or simply a quiet getaway, our outdoor spaces provide the perfect setting to reconnect, unwind, and make lasting memories. The property features two large grassy lawn areas perfect for yard games, family activities, and outdoor gatherings. Relax around the fire pit in the evening while roasting marshmallows and sharing stories. Or take a peaceful stroll around the grounds and enjoy the stunning views of the countryside and nearby mountains.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire lodge and surrounding grounds during their stay, including all bedrooms, common areas, kitchen, dining areas, game room, family room, laundry facilities, and outdoor spaces. The lodge is situated on a private 200-acre property, providing plenty of room to relax and explore.
Please note that certain maintenance, storage, and ranch operation areas are reserved for staff and are not accessible to guests.

* Hidden Oaks Lodge is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.
* The lodge is located on a private ranch at approximately 7,500 feet elevation. Days are often warm, but evenings can be cool.
* Cell phone service can be limited in our area. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, and we recommend enabling Wi-Fi calling before your arrival.
* The nearest major grocery store is approximately 30 miles away, so we recommend purchasing groceries and supplies before arriving. However, our local community is home to a little gem of a convenience store that carries many basic essentials. They also often serve soft-serve ice cream—a favorite treat for guests—so be sure to stop in and check them out!
* The pond is a beautiful feature of the property and is intended for photography and enjoyment only; swimming is not permitted.
* Fire pit use is subject to local fire restrictions and weather conditions.
* Smaller groups may be eligible for a reduced rate with access to fewer bedrooms. Please contact us prior to booking to discuss available options.
