Studio apartment with original brick wall is fully equipped inclusive of a kitchen with gas stove, granite counter top, refrigerator, coffee maker, percolator, private bathroom with tub and shower, queen sized bed, armoire, ceiling fan, Wifi internet, Netflix streaming, Blu-Ray and flat screen Samsung TV, European-Asian decor and plenty of natural sunlight.
Interaction with guests
We enjoy hosting guests and live 10 minutes away from the apartment. We're knowledgable of Los Angeles should guests need direction, and speak English, Spanish, Vietnamese and French fluently.
Koreatown is an up and coming and unique neighborhood with tons of local businesses and world known restaurants that are even a walk away from the apartment. Enjoy Korean BBQ, Karaoke, Korean Spas, Salons, Massage, Shopping, Bakeries, Bars and Nightclubs.
Train stations and bus stops are easy to access and a walking distance away from traveling to all directions in Los Angeles.
1-No smoking in the unit.
2-Apartment door should be locked at all times when guests are not in the unit.
3-Lost key will be charged $100.
4-We will do a quick walk through upon departure of the unit to be sure that everything's intact and in the same condition that was initially presented the guest.
Originally from Seattle, I've made my way down the west coast spending time in San Francisco and Santa Cruz down to Los Angeles where I'm now settled here with two pitbulls, a professional boxer husband and working full time as a litigation paralegal.
