My house is very near from Haneda airport.
Within 20 minutes by train or car and 1 minute from Samezu station on foot.

It's very convenient to eat, shop and go around Tokyo and Yokohama.

My house has a dormitory type share room that has 2 bank beds.

The host was very nice and I loved the price. It was also easily accessible via public transit and there was a shrine across the street and a grocery store next door. That said, the bathroom and shower weren't clean, there were no towels, and the beds were uncomfortable (bunk bed…

Sorry for the inconvenience and making you uncomfortable. I thought I needed to explain more to you and other guests. The towels are in the drawer at the entrance and you could use those. Also my house has a locker for saving your valuables. A lot of other guests use those. The area around my house are safe and other guests are authentic though. My house has dial lock key and the last guest leaving my house uses the dial lock. This is the rule. But sometimes some guests forget to lock the door. Then I decided to ask strongly all guests to use dial key when they leave my house in order someone not to feel uneasy. Someone ask me though. The worst thing of myself is less explanation to you before you come in. I will improve my beds although almost all guests are satisfied with it. But for now it’s impossible. It’s because I don’t have much money. So the price is very low. I want to make my house better step by step. Your comments were deep suggestion ones for me. Thank you so much!!

Great, perfect cozy minimalist apartment, has kitchen and hot plate + pots and pans to make your own food with, really felt like i was staying in someone's home. Unfortunately i had to leave a few days early due to emergency so i did not get to meet the owner!

Yuki was a very good host! His place was in a very convenient location for us to catch our layover at Haneda. He was a very good guest and offered to take us out to eat at a local ramen shop. The place was pretty cozy, but big enough for a quick night's rest. I would recommend hi…

I had a layover in Tokyo. I came from the Nareta airport to this house. The host was nice enough to let me book last mouth and helped me with directions on getting there. The house is near the train station which made it very convenient for my morning travel to Haneda airport. He…
