Welcome to The Alpine, a Belatopia property! Frequently described as "stunning" and "breathtaking", this magnificent mountain retreat sits at 11,000 feet with sweeping views of Mt. Sherman. Enjoy a scenic barrel sauna, hot tub, pool table, panoramic living room, and a bunk room built for memory-making. Whether it’s a snowy escape or a summer recharge, The Alpine gives your group room to relax, reconnect, and take it all in.

We found The Alpine while chasing the sky - a peaceful cabin perched at 11,000 ft, staring out at Mt. Sherman, the first 14’er we hiked with our kids. Now we come here to unplug, take in the stillness, and enjoy views that make you forget your phone exists. And just like us, our guests have fallen in love with this place too.

Downstairs you’ll find a TV room / game room with a pool table, cozy sectional and a Smart TV, and a custom bunk room that kids adore. There’s even a stovetop popcorn maker and candy machine for family movie nights.

We’re close to Breckenridge, rafting in Buena Vista, and trails in every direction. The town of Fairplay is 10 minutes away with its mountain charm, ice cream shop, and even a museum replica of a mining town that inspired the South Park animation.

Other things to note
• We’re at 11,000 ft – it’s part of the magic, but you may feel it if you’re not used to the altitude.

• The road leading up to the house is not paved so an AWD/4WD is required Oct–May. Check the weather ahead of your arrival.

• No parties please – sound really travels up here and we respect our neighbors and the tranquil surroundings.

• Pets are welcome! We do have a $100 fee per pet.
