The space
The comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. On the first floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 is a queen size bed with closet, desk and mini split with AC/Heat

Bedroom 2 is 2 twin beds with a closet, desk and mini split with AC/Heat

Bedroom 3 is a queen size bed with dresser (no closet), ensuite bathroom (bathtub drains slowly, no shower stall), mini split with AC/Heat and French doors that lead to backyard.

First bathroom on the first floor is a full bathroom with standing shower.

Bedroom 4 is on the second floor with a King size bed, ensuite full bathroom, dresser and clothing rack.

All beds are made European style (no flat sheets).

Roof top deck with dining table for 8 to enjoy the beautiful San Diego sunsets.

The pool can be heated with a one day notice and additional fee. The jacuzzi can be heated at your convenience using the remote located close the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi/spa is located inside the pool closest to the wall. The spa is 12 feet by 6 feet in size.

Additional amenities:
-Outdoor shower on the east side of the exterior of home.
-Wash & Dryer located on the first floor.
-Outdoor fireplace. Please use fire screen and be very cautious use fireplace.
-Tesla charger in the backyard driveway. (Enter this driveway through the alley.
