The Space

This sunny and clean apartment in Palma's main area for tapas, terraces and attractions is one of the best options for couples and friends. It can accommodates up to 2 person: has living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and communitarian terrace. It is in a 4th floor without lift, the views and the sea breeze are worth the effort. All the window are double glass: sound proof.
The double bedroom has an huge 200 x 200 cm bed of IKEA, window to the outside, straightforward decoration, bed side lights, wardrobe and a trunk.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, Sky TV, Wi-Fi, DVD, two windows where the sea breeze comes across, selves and little table.
The kitchen has microwave, water boiler, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, pan and pots and enough plates, glasses and cutlery. It also has a table for four.
The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. The communitarian terrace is not furbished, it only counts with plastic table and chairs but has beautiful views and is the ideal spot to smoke.
From the apartment it is possible to see Palma's mosaic of roofs: Gothic churches, Arabian mosque towers and the façade of a building built by Gaudi's pupil.
Close to the Plaza Mayor with its musicians and artists visitors we'll feel the energy of European Mediterranean cities, for sure a great experience for those looking for accommodation in Mallorca.

  • The appartment was exactly what we were hoping for - superb location, well equipped , clean and with adequate space for the two of us. If we were to visit Palma again - which we may well do in a couple years - we would not hesitate in staying in the same appartment.

  • This was a wonderful flat and a highlight of our 15 day trip in Spain. The location could not be more perfect. We were right in the heart of town close to everything. We rented bikes just around the corner for a great day of biking on the sea. This booking deserves the highest ratings!

Nice looking small apartment, many flaws.
After a few days, of course, we had dust problem, and, even worse, an big ANT problem.
We sprayed to eliminate ‘cucarachas y hormigas’, and tried to fight them, but to little avail.
(Not nice because for an allergic person.)
Needless to say: the little buggers were not that impressed by our efforts, they kept coming.
With no vacuum cleaner we tried to clean the floors using kitchen towels,
until, a week into our visit, we got a broom - instead of the vacuum cleaner promised earlier!?
We got just one set of keys, but two adults might want to enter and leave the flat separately during a 24-day stay.
    - After a week we got a second set.
Sky satellite tv was the only option: no local Mallorcan or Spanish (or even German or French) channels were available.
The location was excellent, and the view great, but it must be said that the stairs would have been a challenge for people in other than good shape. The stairs were steep, and each step was very high (just 13 steps a flight!!), so the faint of heart and knee should not attempt living there.

After our host's visit on day 8 of our stay, we never saw him or heard from him again.

  • Our two nights stay in Rafael's loft apartment were very nice. It's a lovely location and the apartment is very sizeable and comfortable to stay in. It could have been a bit cleaner though and smelled a bit strange. Unfortunately the communication between us was not very clear, and even though I appreciate Rafael did try his best to accommodate our early arrival by keeping our things at his own flat, I was left confused about how to get our things again and then get in the apartment at the arranged time, because he was not himself in town and his girlfriend or the cleaning lady had not been informed either.

  • Hola.

  • My friend and I stayed here for a few days in April. The place was fantastic, it is right in the heart of Palma and so easy to get everywhere from. I would definitely recommend it and visit again if I went back to Palma.

  • Great location, awesome views. the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Music and good times at the local cafe down at the plaza, but the noise was shut out immediately when closing doors and windows so it was also nice and quiet when this was desired. Great and fast communication with Rafael as well, great value for the money paid. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks!

  • Awesome apartment: it is in a very central location, with a lovely view. Everything you need is available (including dishwasher and Nespresso, but bring your own cups). We slept very well in the kingsize bed. Unfortunately we were here only for a few days: could have spent two weeks! Rafael is a great host, even though we did not meet, he asnwers any questions almost immediately and he is very accomodating to your wishes. Would recommned to anyone! (Note: you have to climb four stairs, so not for someone who has trouble walking stairs.) Very clean apartment.

    Greetings, Sara and Tom

  • We had a lovely two nights in the apartment. We did arrange to check in early and the cleaner was still there when we arrived. Leaving us to head out for an hour and come back, which was fine as being tourists is what we were there for.

The bed is big and comfortable, the heater works well ( in the bedroom), and there is a gorgeous view from the Terrace.

Great location in Old town, we would highly recommend.
