It can accommodates up to 2 person: has living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and communitarian terrace. It is in a 4th floor without lift, the views and the sea breeze are worth the effort. All the window are double glass: sound proof.
The double bedroom has an huge 200 x 200 cm bed, window to the outside, straightforward decoration, bed side lights, wardrobe and a trunk.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, Sky TV, Wi-Fi, DVD, two windows where the sea breeze comes across, selves and little table.
The kitchen has microwave, water boiler, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, pan and pots and enough plates, glasses and cutlery. It also has a table for four.
The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. The communitarian terrace is not furbished, it only counts with plastic table and chairs but has beautiful views and is the ideal spot to smoke.
From the apartment it is possible to see Palma's mosaic of roofs: Gothic churches, Arabian mosque towers and the façade of a building built by Gaudi's pupil.
Close to the Plaza Mayor with its musicians and artists visitors we'll feel the energy of European Mediterranean cities, for sure a great experience for those looking for accommodation in Mallorca.
Interaction with guests
I Rafael and my colleagues Luisa and Jeff are available 24/7 answering the telephone or messages and attending to the apartment if anybody needs assistance with anything. One of us will be waiting for you in front of the building at a previously arranged time to hand you the keys and explain details of the accommodation. We are also willing to advise you about shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, beaches etc.
PRESERVE OUR BEACHES (it is yours too). Don’t forget to pick up your garbage or cigarette butts.
VERY IMPORTANT: The property is in a RESIDENTIAL district so please do NOT disturb the neighbours by talking too loudly, playing loud music and television, or using high heels etc. THE NEIGHBOURS have our telephone number. In case they call us to interfere in the event we will charge a 300 EUR penalty.
IMPORTANT: If you leave the keys in the lock inside the flat you cannot open it from the outside not even with another key. A locksmith has to be called and costs 80 EUR which guests will incur the costs. In case of losing the keys an administration fee of 30 EUR will be charged on top of the cost for their replacement.
LATE CHECK IN is after 9PM to MIDNIGHT. It costs 20 EUR.
VERY LATE CHECK IN is after MIDNIGHT costs 30 EUR. Payable in cash upon arrival.
We don’t charge EARLY CHECK IN or LATE CHECK OUT. But it is only confirmed if this is possible late the day before. If you want to confirm availability book one EXTRA NIGHT.
ATTENTION: If you stain the towels or bed linen with make up or nail polish you will be charged 15 EUR for its replacement. Please also be aware of flooring and noise when walking in high heels.
THINK OF THE ENVIRONMENT: Please use the air con sparingly and be sure all the windows and doors are closed before turning it on.
Responsible usage of INTERNET data is required due to litigation surrounding illegal downloads etc.
PEACE OF MIND: Only toilet paper can be thrown down the toilet. Do NOT throw any sanitary products, condoms, cigarette butts, etc. That may cause obstruction and an issue during your stay.
Regarding the cleaning please be sure you are SAND FREE when entering the bed.
Please do NOT take bath towels to the beach.

This is a rental property, that means NO TOURISTIC SERVICES ARE PROVIDED such as daily cleaning, reception or breakfast. A rental contract will be signed upon arrival.

You will have to pay for PARKING to park on the BLUE lines from 9am to 2.30pm and from 4.30pm to 8pm from Monday to Friday. Saturday until 2.30pm. Sundays it’s free.
You can PARK FOR FREE on the WHITE lines any day anytime.
YOU CAN NEVER park on the YELLOW lines.

We will do our utmost to ensure you have a great experience. We are all based here on Mallorca. Rafael, Lis and Karina compose the back office answering the messages and organising cleaning and key hand over. A group of cleaners, Lis, Asya and Valdete greets our guests all over the island. In Madrid Jason will welcome you. In Harrogate and Lake District you'll collect the keys from a key box, we will be available on the phone and e mail.
