You’ll love my place because it has been fully remodeled in 2016 so everything is new & clean! It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance from a variety of great restaurants, bars & coffee shops. It's in close proximity to downtown Seattle, even closer to Alki Beach & the West Seattle Water Taxi (to downtown) & just a mile from the vibrant Alaska Junction (where you'll find more great shops, restaurants, bars). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travelers.

The space
My house was completely remodeled from the studs out to make for clean and comfortable living. Guests have the whole basement to themselves. It is fully finished with one bedroom, queen size bed, your own private full bath and lounge area with Smart TV. Guests have their own microwave, mini fridge, and easy access to the washer/dryer and back patio. Guests use the back entrance on the patio which opens to the stairs down to the basement. I don’t think the guest space is best suited for long term stay as there is no kitchenette and I do not share my kitchen or any living space upstairs.

PLEASE NOTE: This is part of a home, not entire home as listing heading implies, due to Airbnb's limited choices. Guests have the basement to themselves. It is accessed by stairs from the main floor. Guests use the back patio door to enter my home. The back door is a more private, but not completely separate entrance. Guests have access to my back patio.

Other things to note
I have one friendly cat so if you are allergic then my place may not be the best place to stay. I keep my home very clean but understand that makes no difference for those with severe allergies. So unless you feel like interacting with him I will do my best to keep him upstairs and away from the guest space in basement, but sometimes I'm not always around to stop him! I always suggest leaving the basement slider & bedroom door shut while sleeping or out for the day. But if you want to engage with him he's super friendly and loves people! Gary is an indoor/outdoor cat and mostly outside during warmer months. PLEASE NOTE: I cannot accommodate guests with animals.
