La Casa Colonial is a beautifully restored 1920's Spanish Colonial house close to the University.

This is a large room with two double beds, a private bathroom, quiet air conditioning, a fan and it opens onto a spacious terrace. Suitable for two couples and families.

The Napoleonic Museum, restaurants, cinema, bars, bank, post office and supermarkets are just 3 minutes walk from the house.

El Malecon is a 5 minute walk.

The Terrace on the roof is accessible to all guests and is a pleasant area to relax after a day of sightseeing. Some guests enjoy having breakfast here in the early morning shade.

We live in a relaxed street, free of traffic. The neighbours are friendly and it is well lit at night and safe to walk around. We are only one block from the main business area, so all amenities are on our doorstep. Banks, church, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the Napoleonic Museum, the University and Verdado.

Hi! My name is Betsy Our house is a renovated in 1920's Spanish Colonial building with a large Terraza and four beautiful rooms with natural light and airy. We have so many places around like: Cinema, Post Office, the beautiful Ocean." Malecón", Habana University, shopping Centres , bank, Disco Salsa. All less than 10 minutes walk,. WiFi connection from two block. About 20 - 25 minutes walk from : " Habana Vieja"( Old Habana). You will visited a lots of Museum's and our our beautiful traditional: " La Catedral"! So much fun !!! . Also we're 20-25 minutes from the Beaches by car. We can organise the transport for you. Me and my family, we are very happy people and we love interacting with people all around the world and sharing our Cuban Culture, our Cuban food ( frijoles,( bean), music, dance, the yummy cóctel " Mojito" !!, You should visited the nice Disco Gallery : "La fábrica ", " The Factory" with the Cuban art, nice music and Cuban Coctel's. We organise trips around the country: Vinales, Varadero, Cienfuegos, Playa la Gorda... and my favourite town" Trinidad!!!... We all make sure that you are save and on the right place. Our house is nice and clean and is Welcome to Everyone !! Feel like this is home!! I'm Sure will enjoyed!! . Many Thanks! Betsy and Miss Honey!
