A beautiful 3-room apartment on the 1st floor of an historic building located in the centre of Old Gallipoli, a few steps from the Cathedral. Original frescoes, vintage cement tiles, vaulted ceilings in all rooms and breath taking sea view. References to the building's history are preserved without compromising on modern essentials, including air conditioning in all rooms and free WiFi.

THE LIVING AREA
A comfortable living room with a sofa bed and TV - a great place to relax in the evenings! The kitchenette has a stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher , washing machine, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine .
THE BEDROOMS
2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom is wonderfully unique, with a stunning 4-poster bed and magnificent frescoes on the vaulted ceiling. The other has 2 single beds, which can be joined together to create one double bed. Original decorative cement tiles feature throughout, adding vibrant colour to the spacious and bright rooms.
THE BATHROOM
Spacious, clean and beautifully presented with a large walk-in shower.
THE TERRACE
Ascend two flights of condo staircase to the roof of the building, where an exclusive terrace, or belvedere, has been created. This is the highest part of the terrace and offers you breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the quaint streets of the Old Town. The terrace is completely private and has a large outdoor shower. Take breakfast at the table and chairs here, enjoy a romantic dinner under the stars, or simply relax in the sunshine on the gazebo-covered sofa.
Thanks to the heating system, you can enjoy the beauty of Gallipoli also in the charming winter months.
BBQ and all the necessary for children of all ages are available for free on request.
During the summer, you can park at the harbour, a few 100 meters away. Car access and parking is restricted in the historical center during the summer season.

THE OLD TOWN OF GALLIPOLI
The exquisite Old Town of Gallipoli is a true undiscovered gem, inhabited by friendly, welcoming people.
Right below the apartment there are some of the best fish restaurants in town, along with more informal trattorias. Don't miss the delicious fresh fruit and vegetables with their unique flavours typical of the area. Visit the fish market in the heart of the historical centre in the early morning, or go directly to the port when the boats return to get the catch of the day. In the evenings, tour the picturesque hinterland villages.
The colder months are the perfect time to explore Gallipoli's ancient charm. It retains its lively atmosphere throughout the seasons, and is particularly vibrant around Christmas time and New Year when there are amazing pyrotechnic displays to be seen! Over the Easter period, evocative and fascinating processions take place, winding their way through the narrow alleys of the very centre of the town.

THE BEACHES
There are a number of beaches reachable by bicycle, scooter or car. A few metres from the apartment is Purità beach. In the Old Town there is an exclusive location with a terrace on the rocks and easy access to the sea. On the south coast there are Lido San Giovanni and Baia Verde. We recommend exploring further to the beaches at Punta Proscuitto, Torre Lapillo, Porto Cesareo, the famous Maldives of Salento, and Torre San Giovanni (Ugento).
