Oliver grew up in Charlottesville and we have both lived here for the past eight years. This apartment is in a house that we renovated and maintain for Natasha’s parents. They live here during the winter and we rent it out during the summer and select weekend in the Spring and Fall.
This house also has an upstairs studio apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and we encourage our guests to keep the rough-housing at the bars and keep the noise down inside past 10:00. Inquire about renting out the entire house.
Beautiful apartment in Charlottesville. Easy walk to the downtown mall. Just wish we had checked the UVA academic schedule - all the students had just finished class so it was a little bit of a ghost town!
Oliver was very attentive - he reached out via email and gave us his personal number in case we needed anything. The house was very clean, and very beautiful. The space was amazing - they gave us everything we needed for a quick stay! The location was awesome - close to 64, and downtown. Easy to get around town and get back. We would definitely recommend this and Oliver to anyone traveling to Charlottesville!
This was our first Airbnb experience and we were greatly pleased by our experience with this unit. It was spotless and charming and exactly as pictured. It was convenient to the Corner/UVa grounds. Oliver was attentive to our needs (late arrival) and we will certainly consider staying here again next time we visit Charlottesville.
Our hosts were terrific and made us feel very welcome. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and hikes to do in the area. The apartment is in a great location on a quiet street and is clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to the pedestrian downtown area and to UVa, and great restaurants nearby. Air conditioning and ceiling fans worked well, and remote control fans and lights were a nice touch. The screened in porch was a great place to hang out as well. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was also a big plus. I'd definitely recommend it to any friends who might be looking to stay in Charlottesville in the future.

About the Host, Oliver
I grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia and live here with my wife, Natasha and our exceptional dog Lika. We have had many amazing experiences both as hosts and guests on airbnb and are always excited to host fellow travelers.
We have both recently transitioned to working for ourselves in order to have more flexible schedules and allow for more travel. To celebrate we went on a 10 month trip to South and Central America, beginning with the World Cup in Brazil! We are glad to be back in town and excited to be hosting again.
We are adventurous and outdoorsy, have a passion for good food and Virginia wine. We are huge fans of our community and look forward to sharing ideas and insider tips with you so you can enjoy Charlottesville to its fullest.
