Is very special loft. A fully restored building of 1879 in the historic district of San Telmo. It has a glass pyramid that makes it very bright, one private terrace on each level and the room is the dome of the building on the second floor. Very quiet and with a beautiful energy.

The space
The apartment is fully equipped and furnished with antique style furniture. It is on the 3rd and last floor by stairs (no elevator) of an old building built in 1879, recognized by the Government of Buenos Aires as historical heritage of the city. It has 2 levels. On the 1st floor you find the living room, dining room, desk, open kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, and the first terrace with the laundry area. The 2nd level, the dome, is a beautiful bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a natural latex mattress. A door lead you to the second terrace, with an open and panoramic view of the city. Very quite, safe and nice. Just on sunday, the feria is on the street and it become very musical.
It has 300 fiber optic wifi very reliable.

This special antique loft apartment is on Defensa Street in San Telmo where the famous street fair of Buenos Aires takes place every Sunday - just three blocks from Plaza Dorrego and close to Puerto Madero and the Ecological Reserve.

Public transport brings you to all destinations of Buenos Aires. Lots of busses pass around, and it’s six blocks to Plaza de Mayo where the subway lines A, B and C start. San Telmo is very safe because it attracts lots of tourist and there are security guards in the streets.
