My apartment is located right off the complex's main courtyard, which has a communal patio area, grill and hot tub. The building also has a small fitness room and laundry facilities.
The building is located right behind Burbank's boutique hotel, which is a great place to steal away for a quick drink, bite and perhaps a bit of shoulder-rubbing with industry types.
Location is key; the building is located across the street from the Warner Bros ranch and minutes from Disney, the Disney/ABC cable networks building, Warner Brothers, NBC and Universal Studios. It is within walking distance from a shopping center with restaurants, a grocery store and a Starbucks. Most importantly, it is minutes from Burbank airport by car and by public transportation (the 222 bus stop is three blocks away).

Burbank is a great mix of industry town and a small, safe, self-contained community. We have the amazing Empire Center mega-shopping complex nearby (Target, Best Buy, Nordstrom Rack, Marshall's, TJ Maxx and more), and downtown Burbank just a little farther away (IKEA, Burbank Media Center Mall, Barnes & Noble, Costco, movie theaters and restaurants galore).

Burbank is a great walking neighborhood. Very safe, very scenic. The fantastic Chandler bike path is a great option for cyclists and walkers alike.

My daughter and I were in L.A. for Pilot Season for over three months and split up our stay in two locations. We stayed at Tricia's for the last six weeks and had the best time. It was just enough space for the two of us and so convenient to everything we needed. We walked to Starbucks, breakfast, groceries, frozen yogurt, to get our nails done, dinner and even last minute alterations on a dress. Our first night there we celebrated our new location with grilling out steaks on the communal grill and soaking in the hot tub just outside her door. I loved that it was so safe. Parking under and keys for everything. I felt safe letting my daughter have time alone at the hot tub with a book and not worry at all. Laundry and work out room very close. I thought the laundry situation might be a thorn in my side, but not at all. It was actually nice to do two or three loads at a time and get it out of the way (we were probably the only ones there during the day).
Oh yeah, so easy to get on the highways and get everywhere!
One more thing, Tricia is a delight. If we didn't run her off so we could stay in her place, we would probably be fast friends. :)

Tricia was a most gracious host. She was flexible with arrival and departure times. She is very knowledgeable regarding the LA area and is very willing to share this. She greeted us and gave us a thorough tour of the complex, along with written suggestions for shopping and touring LA. The location is very convenient to stores and sites.She even left us a bottle of wine!
I stayed here for 5 weeks during the second half of my internship at Warner Bros (the lot is only 10-15 minutes away walking). Everything went extremely smoothly, and Tricia is very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is spacious, the bed is huge and comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, and the kitchen has plenty of things to cook with. The fitness center is great, and it is a nice area to go for a jog. Grocery shopping a block away, and lots of food options in Toluca Lake and elsewhere within walking distance. I was able to manage work at the studio and everything else with walking and public transport. This was not a leisure trip though - I would have rented a car if I wanted to really explore the surrounding communities. Getting a bike would allow you to get to downtown Burbank or Studio City without public transport, and LA weather is great for bikes.
All in all, this was one of my best AirBnB experiences, definitely my best AirBnB experience in LA!
Located in a quiet section of Burbank, this apartment is perfect for someone who's looking to be just outside the city, yet within close distance to nearly everything. The complex is quiet, and the apartment is within walking distance to a small shopping center that includes a grocery and a Starbucks.
Tricia is a great host, quick to respond to anything that might come up. I'd definitely stay here again if it's available the next time I'm in LA.
A very comfortable, quiet apartment overall. My wife and I moved to the LA area for work and stayed here for about a month and a half while finding a permanent apartment.
The apartment didn't have a table or chairs in the dining area. Probably not a big deal if you're staying for a couple of days and don't plan on cooking.
There's a grocery store within walking distance and a number of restaurants.
I found the location very convenient to exploring Los Angeles.
