The Niconico Mansion is designed and executed by the Creative Director of The Niconico Mare Swimwear Company. The Mansion has seven rooms which have six different themes starting from Japanese , Pop art, Romantic, Colonial, Chinese , White Room and our Honeymoon suit the “Black Room”. On top of the individual rooms also the architecture of the house is rather unique with many original art pieces in the house and sculptures in the garden.

BEDROOM AND INDOOR SPACE
Each bedroom at NicoNico Mansion is uniquely themed, and guests can choose whichever room they prefer. On the ground floor, you'll find the Japanese and Pop Art rooms, while upstairs, there are the Romantic, Colonial, Chinese, White and Black rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. The Chinese room has a daybed, perfect for children or extra guests. The mansion's impressive two-story pavilion is filled with vintage decor, industrial artifacts, and original artwork. On the ground floor, the dining table and sofa face the garden and pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes a bar. For added fun, there's a ping-pong table downstairs, a foosball table, and a billiard table upstairs. The rooftop terrace and garden lawn also double as yoga space, with rooftop views over Seminyak in the morning.
OUTDOOR AND ADDITIONAL AMENITIES PARAGRAPH
The expansive garden, brimming with lush greenery, provides an idyllic space for a full day of relaxation by the pool. Challenge your group to pool volleyball or set up the giant Jenga tower on the lawn for something a little different. Children will love running around on the grassy lawn, while a swing bench offers a peaceful spot to unwind. For a lazy afternoon nap, the hammock shaded by tropical trees is the perfect retreat; just ask staff for a fresh coconut. Upstairs, a cozy terrace invites guests to savor breakfast or challenge each other to a game of table football, adding to the villa's laid-back, fun atmosphere.
MEALS & SERVICE
Hospitality here goes further than most villa stays: breakfast can be served floating in the pool, a private chef is available to run a full BBQ dinner in the garden, and spa therapists can set up an in-garden massage on request, all coordinated through your villa host.

- A: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in is possible if available and free of charge. If the villa isn’t ready, the staff can store your bags while you explore. For late check-out, please check with the Villa Finder concierge. This is subject to availability and may include a fee. You’re also welcome to leave your luggage at the villa until your departure. The 24-hour staff will be happy to assist.

- A: Yes, daily housekeeping service is provided at your convenience. To respect each guest's privacy, please coordinate with our villa staff to schedule the cleaning and specify the preferred time. Service is conducted once a day.

- A: The villa has a fully equipped kitchen for your use. If you'd like a private chef for lunch or dinner, we can arrange one at an extra cost. Please let your villa host know at least 48 hours before arrival if you’d like to pre-order meals or groceries. Last-minute requests may not be possible.
Q: Can we have extra clean towels?
A: To support eco-friendly practices, towels are changed every three days. Please leave any towels that need to be replaced on the floor for our staff to pick up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean.
