Private garden studio with separate side gate entrance to come and go with ease. Stunning 12 foot vaulted wood ceilings and french doors that look out to the relaxing garden. In a central location of San Diego that is a 15-20 minute drive to downtown, beaches, San Diego Zoo, and a 15 minute walk to SDSU.

The space
Situated in a palm springs inspired garden with over 50 varieties of succulent plants to see. You have a private patio to sip coffee and listen to quiet sounds of nature. This unit is an in-law suite with kitchenette and has no access to the main home. You have a private entry and you have access through a gate into the garden.

The room has 12 foot vaulted ceilings made from tongue and grove cedar wood. Enjoy a comfortable new memory foam queen bed to encourage good sleep. Guest love this bed and the soft sheets with a luxury comforter.

Peek out of our french doors into the garden. Enjoy our mini fridge and, microwave, Dish TV, and Blu-ray. We have a very friendly Golden Retriever Jake who is mostly in our main house.

Our neighborhood is located less than a mile to SDSU and Trolley (metro), you can walk to campus in about 10 minutes with one hill. We are a short 15 minute drive to downtown San Diego and local beaches. All the homes in this area are mid-century modern build by famous architect William Krisel.
