  • I couldn't recommend Beth or her accommodation more highly. Our stay was super easy and we had everything we needed.

I was traveling with my wife and two small children, and we had ample room for the boys to play in. Beth very kindly offered us toys, prams and other useful items.

Location is great. Parking is a huge plus (you need a car in LA).

Overall, our stay could not have been better. Beth and her family were lovely. Highly recommended.

  • Great place and a great host! We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home, in what became one of my favorite neighborhoods in LA. Lots of thoughtful details provided by the host made our visit more comfortable.

  • Very comfortable and private space in a guest house, across a pleasantly landscaped yard from Beth and Erland's house. We lived lightly in the space, but would have been very comfortable having guests over for drinks and hors d'oeuvres on the patio. The living room-kitchen was very spacious, and was well-designed and styled. The extra daybed in the bedroom is a plus, and the bathroom and shower are terrific. Having a garage space was very helpful. The location was great for us, and close to supermarket, coffee house and Echo Park Lake. It might be a bit out of the way for people who really want to be near the Hollywood sights. We'd stay there again with pleasure.

  • This is a great location between Echo Park and Silverlake. Great hosts, very accommodating. I stayed for three weeks, and they replenished with fresh towels. Wonderful to have a garage parking spot and lovely outdoor space to sit at. Would stay again in a heart beat.

  • Great place to stay. great hosts. Its really nice to have some outdoor space when you are visiting LA from a cold cold NYC.

The house is stocked really well with all the things you may need. Its really comfortable and pretty and definitely made my time in LA more enjoyable.

    I fully recommend.

  • Great communication, super friendly and welcoming host. Worked out perfectly for our short stay away from home!

  • I am writing this review for my parents that stayed in the guest house. They don't have an AirBnb account so I set this up for them.

They said their experience was fantastic. They loved the garage and safe entry into the guest house. The space was well appointed with everything they needed. It was clean, quiet and in a location that was accessible to everything we did on the east side. I live in Silver Lake and they loved being less than a 10 minute drive to my place.

If they stayed longer they would have made use of the kitchen - they really liked the design and it was well equipped to cook you own meals. We had all just (email hidden)gis in Dana Point and they said the bed at the guest house was much more comfortable than the (email hidden)gis ;)

They left a phone charger there and the host was very quick to reply to my email so I could go pick it up and ship it back to them. Great communication all the way through.

My folks would highly recommend this guest house!

  • Great place. Precisely as it seems. If you like Brooklyn Heights or Wicker Park, you'll like Echo Park/Silverlake. Beth was easy to book with and the dog was charming. Comfy bed, easy kitchen, close to grocery. Simply spot on.
