My apartment is an extremely comfortable base from which to enjoy your visit and hope will make your stay a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
The main living area comprises of solid wood flooring and oak dining table and chairs. A traditional Duresta seating, large wide flatscreen t.v, fine art decor, interesting reading books/magazines and a Juliet balcony which makes this space a really nice place to relax.
The hallway has a storage cupboard for luggage where there is also an ironing board and iron should you require them.
The Villeroy & Boch luxury bathroom suite has a power shower with electric heated rails and the finest cotton towels.
The large kitchen space comes with toaster, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, induction hob. The kitchen cupboards have all your essentials including extra virgin olive oil and a fine bottle of wine!
The luxury double bedroom with the highest thread count cotton bedding is somewhere you will not want to leave.

Cockburn Street is a picturesque street in Edinburgh's Old Town. It is filled with specialist shops, restaurants, galleries and lots lots more.
Getting around is easy, most attractions are within walking distance and there are buses, taxis and the nearby train station if you need public transport.
Airlink (Service 100) is Edinburgh’s dedicated express service between the Airport and City Centre. Service N22 is available between 0015 and 0400.
The route to the airport is served 24 hours a day.

Cockburn street is a 3-5 minute walk from the Bus stop at Waverley Bridge.
From Airport to Waverley is £5.00 single, £8.00 return.
You can purchase Single/Return tickets from the ticket vending machines available at all tram stops. PLEASE NOTE - you must board your tram within 30 minutes of buying a single ticket.
Cockburn street is a 3-5 minute walk from the stop Waverley.
You can also park on Cockburn street, but there are restrictions.

Great location just off the Royal Mile and a great flat, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place. Being on the ground floor (though some steps involved in the building) was very useful with a pram. We didn't see the host during our time there (and a text went unanswered), but it was convenient that his family run a bistro a few doors away, so we could ask questions/get help there.
My first airbnb booking, and was all a very easy, straight-forward experience.
Dominic was an amazing host. Very welcoming and the apartment was exactly if not better than what was advertised. Extremely clean and modern.
The location of the place is great. Very close to all the attractions and restaurants.
This is bar far the best Airbnb experience to date.

Dominic & Marina were superb hosts & very thoughtful in what they provided in the flat. The flat was so comfortable and of a very high standard. Dominic & Marina made our stay exceptional and they went above and beyond our expectations! We had the pleasure of meeting both of them at their fabulous Italian restaurant La Locanda which we would highly recommend!

A great stay in Edinburgh topped off by the lovely welcome and beautiful apartment that had only just been re-fitted. The place looks great and the bathroom is amazing, particularly the double waterfall shower. Location is very central - perfect base from which to explore Edinburgh. Cheers!

We had a warm welcome from Dominic and he was very helpful in showing us to the apartment and explaining how everything worked.
The apartment was excellent for our visit, well furnished and finished with all necessary equipment for our stay.

I live and work nearby when I rent the flat so am usually on-hand if you need me and I'm happy to give advice on great places to visit and things to do while you're in Edinburgh.
