Whether you are coming to Prague from the airport or from the train station, the location is just perfect. I included the directions below.

This apartment is located just in the middle of the historical Royal Vinohrady area. This is the most wanted area in Prague, best know for it`s famous residents. There are many painters and writers, who live permanently nearby - they have often been inspired by events and conversations taking place in the park next to my apartment and immortalized the park in their fiction.

Vinohrady is very popular because this historical area doesn`t get as much noise as Wenceslas` Square and other noisy locations, yet, it is an area of the best restaurants, clubs and shops in Prague. Everything is within walking distance from there.

Visitors can reach the middle of the town (Wenceslas Square) within 5 minutes on foot and continue down to the river to explore more of Prague. If you go down Vinohradska street, you will reach the National Museum of Prague, or the Prague Orchestra within 5 minutes.

Clienlines is my nr. 1 priority, therefore, unlike in hotels, we clean pillows, blankets but even mattresses and sofas regularly with a special water-cleaning method. Upon request, I provide anti-elergic pillows for people sensitive to feathers.

House maid and cleaning upon request. Regular changing of towels and sheets + linens

I have my own driver, Mila, who is always happy to pick you up and drop you off at the Airport. The price from the airport to the apartment is 30USD and from the apartment to the airport 25USD.

Please note that the regular fee for Czechs is about 45USD and all the taxi driver rip off tourists, so I strongly discourage you from taking a regular (even an official) taxi.

CAUTION: due to an increase of complains in Prague, I strongly discourage you from using taxies in Prague, unless you negotiate the price in advance. Please be advised that taxi rates within the center should not exceed 9USD. If you need a taxi, please text me and I will order it for you.

CAUTION 2: in Prague, there are many money exchange companies that rip tourists off. I suggest you either take money from ATM or use XCHANGE in Jindrisska street, Prague 1 (very close to Wenceslas` Square).

  • We had a great stay in this appartment. The driver arranged by Sarah and Andreas was at the airport when we arrived and dropped us of at the appartment. Very good service. Sarah welcomed us and had arranged that we could already enter the appartment at 10h00 and check out at 19:00 without extra costs. We are really thankful for this! The appartment is spacious, very clean, and very cosy and comfortable. The location next to the beautiful Riegrovy Sady park is very nice, and had a huge playground, ideal for our 2-year old! Only 10 minutes walk to the centre, we did almost everything by foot. We would definitely recommend this appartment!

  • Sarah was an awesome host! She gave us suggestions for restaurants, provided towels, tea, coffee, and offered her own personal driver to us. She and Andreas are designers, so the apartment was beautiful! The apartment was in a great location, was clean, and very modern. If I ever return to Prague, I will definitely book with Sarah and Andreas again.

  • This is a very nice apartment in a good, quiet location but within a short walk of the city centre and nightlife. Andreas was an excellent host who certainly did all that he could to make our stay really great.
The apartment has plenty of space, we were a group of four and had everything that we needed during our stay. I will definitely stay there again when the opportunity arises.

  • The flat was amazing! Clean, big, with everything needed for a short or longer stay. The location was great too, as we walked everyday to the city center within 10/15 minutes. The transfer from and to the airport was very convenient and the driver Mila is very nice and helpful.

I definitely recommend this flat when spending a few days in Prague!

  • We've just returned from Prague where we stayed at Andreas' apartment and it made our trip truly perfect. We were met by Sarah and she gave us a warm welcome. The flat is fully equipped, it has a modern design, it is very spacious, light and clean. The location is very convenient - just in 10 minutes walk from the center. There are a lot of cafés and small shops in this area. Andreas provided us with a transfer for a very reasonable price. If we had some questions Andreas was always ready to help us and he was a person very easy to communicate with. If we come to Prague again we'll definitely rebook this flat. Highly recommended!

  • A pleasant place near the edge of central Prague.
15-20 minute walk to the Old Town with access to trams nearby.
Host was lovely. We came earlier than the check-in time but she was very generous about it.

Everything was good but there were some minor issues.
We had to get our own toilet papers and coffee but otherwise well stocked.
There are two bathrooms but the main bathroom does not have a toilet, only shower. Also the bottom part of the glass in the small bathroom is transparent. We just covered it up with some paper.

If you are a young group in a group of 3-5, this is a great place to stay!

My name is Andreas, I used the apartment during my studies and I will never forget living there. The place has grown into my heart. After I moved to a more quiet area, I used the apartment for our friends and family visiting while they were in Prague. I thought it would be great to open the apartment to everybody to let other people share the joy from staying here. Also, I thought my guest may become part of an interesting project. You will find more about the project in the description of my listing. You are welcome to stay in my apartment when you visit one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Prague.
