Wonderfully gracious host. Couldn't ask for better. Location is very easy to get to and in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful surroundings and the pond behind the home with the water fountain is a great feature. As Cathy says, must like cats! She has two adorable kitties and if you're a cat person like I am, let them get used to you and they're wonderful companions during your stay and can help you from missing your furry friends back home too much. Huge fridge in the kitchen and an all around very comfortable stay. Just what you need. I was traveling for work and hope to return in the future. Cathy is great at communication before and after arrangements are made for your stay and one of those that sets the standard for being a great host on Air BnB. Rate one to five stars? Nah... ten... easy.
Staying at Cathy's was a fantastic experience. To save reviewers from having to read the same details over and over I'll summarize by saying all the prior positive reviews are spot on. There truly isn't one thing I would have changed with this stay. It is rare and wonderful to meet a spirit like a Cathy.
Cathy was gracious, accommodating and friendly. I enjoyed her wonderful home and would recommend staying here.
Great property. Clean and comfortable in a quiet setting. Convenient to shopping and dining with just enough privacy. Easy access. Cathy was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended. Chris
Stayed with Cathy for about 3 weeks. Great host and very comfortable room/bed! Thanks Cathy!!! :)
The bedroom and bath were very well decorated, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was well kept, landscaped and very safe. I was travelling alone, but it would easily be comfortable for 2. Cathy was a wonderful host. I arrived very late and was worried that it would cause trouble for her, but she was very flexible and gracious. She is an intelligent, beautiful and charming woman whom anyone would be lucky to get to know. I will make this my preferred place to stay when I come to the area, which is multiple times a year. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!
Staying with Cathy was such a pleasure. The room has it's own bathroom, is beautifully decorated and the bed fits two people:)
Cathy was a great host. Too bad we just had time for a one night stay.
About the Host, Sara Catherine (Cathy)
Educated, happy, good family, good values, honest, fun, adventurous, likes the peace and quiet of where I live, love the beaches, love my Harley, and my two cats who share my space. I am a native Floridian and love the history of Florida. I am interested in nature and wildlife. Photography and music play a role in my life. I plan to travel more after completing my PhD in higher education and administrative leadership. I am open to sharing my welcoming and open living space not to make money, but to others like me who live on a budget, but want to see other parts of the world from a local, homelike, perspective. I like my privacy, and will respect that of others, but am happy to share what I know of the area as much as possible.
My life motto: Yesterday's the past, tomorrow's the future, but today is a gift....what are you going to do about it?
