Family gatherings, fun weekends with friends, celebrations & creative shoots, the house can sleep up to 8-14 people, with plenty of room for you, your kids and fur babies, your private events & cozy getaways.

Upon check-in, you will be required to sign a waiver and provide a refundable cash security deposit of P2,000 to our staff.

Strictly no smoking inside the house. There will be a penalty of P5,000 for the violators.

Please note that room service is not available, and there will be no room cleaning during short stays.

You may bring up to 3 pets, provided they wear diapers at all times and their waste is properly disposed of to ensure cleanliness. For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed to swim in the pool and not allowed in the movie room.

We also have additional rates for events/parties or intimate dinners and weddings that will have additional guests.

Note: Our rate is only for 14 guests, any additional guest for parties/events will have additional charge.
