Our house is a semi detached in a lovely park in the leafy suburbs of Belfast, two minutes walk from the bus stop and a 15 minute bus ride to the centre of town. It has lounge, family room open plan onto large kitchen dining area, with patio doors leading onto secluded garden and deck area. We have a bathroom with over bath shower, plus a downstairs shower room and utility room.
Guests have their own private bedroom which has a double bed with use of one of the lounge areas with television, and exclusive use of a bathroom.. Bed and contintental breakfast is included in the cost, and guests are welcome to use the kitchen area for snacks and making coffee etc as required. Id be delighted to advise about the cultural and historic aspects of the city, which is buzzing with life, music, theatre, and great restaurants.
The neighbourhood is lovely, quiet, with some local shops and garage nearby. We are a 15 minute bus or car drive to town, or if you prefer, its a 30 minute walk.
Belfast is nestled below Cave Hill and the Black mountain. It is a 20 minute drive to the nearest beach, close to the wonderful Antrim coastline, and an ideal spot from which to tour further afield and savour all the beautiful sights the province has to offer. Whatever your interests are they will be well catered for - whether its shopping, gastronomy, theatre, music, hillwalking, history, golf, outdoor pursuits, or just taking it easy and strolling around our beautiful parks, galleries, museums and city centre.
There are fast travel connections between Belfast, Dublin, Galway, Cork and Donegal for those wishing to move on to tour in the rest of Ireland.
You will find my home welcoming, a warm and friendly place to lay your head and relax after a days travel, work, shopping and enjoying the craic with the locals. It is without a doubt one of the friendliest places on earth, and folk will always go out of their way to be helpful .
Come and see for yourself.
