NOTE: This pool is heated by a heat pump, which means it warms up based on the outdoor temperature. It can raise the water temp by about 15°F above the average outdoor temp over 24 hours. We also provide a solar cover that, when used by guests, adds extra heating.
We do not charge any extra fees for heating the pool. You book it, and we’ll heat it!

You will get a personalized door code for self-check-in.
You can enter the house from the front of the house. You will have access to the entire house except for two locked owner’s closets and the detached garage.
Other things to note
To respect our peaceful neighborhood, we kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or bringing kegs.
In order to be respectful to our neighbors we observe strict quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
Please note there is one exterior security camera that faces the driveway and is used for security purposes. There is also a minut sound device to confirm adherence to quiet hours.
Smart TVs are located in multiple rooms and bedrooms throughout the property; however, guests need to provide their own logins for streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.
