Private bed and full bath in a gut renovated, Cambridge townhouse on a tree-lined street. Incredibly convenient for Harvard & MIT. Nespresso coffee provided in the mornings. And a host who loves to share his home with travelers!

The space

I've lived in Cambridge for 10 years, and just renovated this 1880's townhouse to feel like modern construction. Stainless steel kitchen, mid-century modern furniture, central air & heat, and incredible sunlight and breezes during the day. The place is 2 bed, 2 and a half baths, so guests have ample privacy, and the first floor living area has a half bath as well.

Guest access

With the exception of my bedroom and bathroom, guests are welcome to lounge anywhere in the house, make themselves breakfast in the morning, enjoy free Nespresso coffee, do their laundry, etc. While you're here, please make yourself comfortable!

Interaction with guests

I live in the house as well, and will likely be here as well during your stay. Cambridge is my home, so I'm a great tour guide, restaurant recommender, and walking guide aficionado! If I'm cooking, I'm always happy to make and extra plate for guests!

Daniel's very elegant townhouse is as comfortable and welcoming as the host! I felt very lucky indeed to have selected so well for my brief stay in Cambridge. He is a veritable font of useful and interesting information about the city, and was extremely accommodating when I found myself in a jam. It was a privilege and a pleasure to stay there.

Daniel's was one of the most hospitable Airbnb hosts I have met! He was available to answer a variety of questions, provided his parking pass, as well as many personal favorites around town. He let us talk his ear off about college tours, and was super sweet and inviting. His house it spacious and cozy, immaculately clean, while located in a beautiful neighborhood, walkable to so much. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience, and would definitely return!

Daniel's a friendly and accommodating host. I needed to catch up on sleep and this quiet room at the back of his updated townhouse did the trick.

Great location in the middle of Cambridge's center street, aptly named since it's between MIT and Harvard. Daniel is a great host and was on point with everything we expected from the place throughout our stay. He gave us a parking pass, suggested great restaurants nearby, Free coffee and eggs for the next day along with lively conversations about his start-up ideas... And the best part of all was the luxuriously comfortable bed. I think I sunk into it and slept for a dreamless 10 hours.

Daniel's a generous, thoughtful, and welcoming host. His house is immaculate and newly renovated on a quiet, Cambridge street that fully lives up to its name. (Pleasant St.) I slept like a log in the guest room, overlooking a quiet, leafy back patio and deck. Whole Foods, parks, and the Red-line T in Central Square are steps away. I've tried several Air B&Bs in Cambridge, and Daniel's was easily the most comfortable.

I'm from Washington, DC, but I've been living in Cambridge for 10 years. I run a startup, so the job keeps me on the road. When I'm home, I love to explore new restaurants and neighborhoods, so let me know if you have questions during your stay about the area!
