Both the house and garage are included in the listing and fully available for guest use, ensuring plenty of space to relax and have fun during your stay.

The property is located near active train tracks situated behind the home. To access the river, you will need to cross these tracks. Trains do pass through periodically, traveling at speeds of up to 50 MPH.

For your safety, we kindly ask all guests to exercise caution, stop, look, and listen when approaching the tracks. This unique feature adds to the charm of the property but requires attentiveness when accessing the river. Thank you for your understanding and awareness.
