The space

This slick little apartment has been recently reformed to create a clean and airy environment for guests. It is situated in prime position of Mallorca's lively and beautiful capital city of Palma and is a stones throw away from a plethora of shops, bars, restaurants, a shopping mall, supermarkets parking and cinema. Guests can also walk straight out of the apartment building onto the Paseo and harbour where they can enjoy a leisurely stroll or cycle into the centre taking in impressive views of the cathedral and moorings of super yachts to the rich and famous. Not only is the property in a highly accommodating district but it also has access to a communal pool and is within a short distance from other desirable districts and beach towns such as Illetas, Portals Nous and Cala Major.

Hosting up to 4 guests over 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed, this groundfloor apartment is perfect for everyone from couples to friends or small families for a relaxing yet exciting vacation in Mallorca's vibrant capital of Palma.
Recently redesigned to create a light and airy atmosphere, the apartment makes effective use of the small space. On entrance to the property, guests will find the small but fully equipped kitchen with everything they should need to cater comfortably and with ease from pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils, fridge/freezer, oven, vitro hob, coffee maker, kettle and washing machine.
The living space is simplistic, modern and bright with a sofa, sofa bed sleeping 2, TV, Wifi, coffee table, lamps and various homely furnishings. To the back of the living space you have the dining area with a table and 4 chairs which also has access to the outdoor terrace with an additional table and 2 chairs for al fresco dining. From the terrace you can see a walkway to access the communal pool and grassy grounds.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, fresh clean bed linen, wardrobe space, windows and a simplistic and fresh design.
The bathroom has a bath tub with overhead shower, WC, wash basin, mirror, fresh towels and basic bathing essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and soap free of charge.

Interaction with guests

Our team is available on Airbnb App answering messages or phone calls from 7am to 9pm everyday. We will attend to the apartment if anybody needs assistance with anything. One of us will be waiting for you in front of the building at a previously arranged time to hand you the keys and explain details of the accommodation. We are also willing to advise you about shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, beaches etc.

The neighborhood

This district of Palma really does offer everything for visitors looking to holiday in comfort and ease. Situated on the front line of the harbour and with a long stretch of bars, restaurants, shops and a shopping mall to the rear of the property, guests won't struggle to access everything they should need. Take a stroll or cycle along the marina where hundreds of impressive boats are moored and head for the cathedral or the beaches stopping off for a tapa or two. Just to the rear of the property you have a big shopping mall which also has a Carrefour supermarket where you will find groceries and anything you should need for your trip. Parking is also available here.
Guests would be encouraged to explore further into Palma, visiting the varying zones the Mallorcan capital has to offer. Try the old town with fantastic gothic architecture and traditional cafes and shops, just a stones throw away from the Cathedral and the Borne district for high end shopping.
Boutique shops, cafe's, traditional Mallorcan bakeries are dotted abundantly in the surrounding areas and walking further into the city and its varying barriers you will be blown away with cultural delights.
Visitors and city dwellers are spoilt for choice when it comes to leisure and dining experiences. Try Santa Catalina's markets and eateries for a gastronomic treat and on Tuesday's follow the Ruta de Tapas (Tapas trail) through the old towns back streets, stopping off at each tapas bar for a bite and drink for under 2 euros!

Getting around

From Palma airport the apartment is about a 15-20 minute drive if you should hire a car (this you can do at the airport or arrange prior to arrival from many car hire companies based on the island).
You also have the option to take a taxi or bus. Buses from the airport run regularly and you should catch the number 1 bus to either Plaza España in Palma, (from here there is a bus and train terminal which offer routes all over the island) or alternatively catch the number 3 or number 46 bus routes.
Taxis can be caught from the airport exit terminal and run on a metre, depending on your distance, prices vary.
Walking around Palma is advised to take in all this beautiful city has to offer but for those longer distances, there's a bus stop within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment and routes run all around Palma. By taking the bus number 3 you can reach the beaches of Ses Illetes and Cala Major in 40 minutes.
The nearest taxi rank is also within 5 minutes walking distance, but you will also be able to flag a taxi down. There's also a public parking next to the cathedral 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

Please note that if you arrive before 4pm the cleaner will be still cleaning but you can leave your bags, collect the keys and come back after 4pm. In this case nobody will check you in but we can talk through messages or phone call.

The apartment is in a residential building so please do NOT make excessive noise talking loudly, loud music, television etc. Especially after midnight. The neighbours have our telephone number. In case they we will charge 300EUR penalty.

PLEASE NOTE that if you leave the keys in the lock inside the flat you cannot open it from the outside not even with another key. A locksmith must be called what costs 73EUR on you off course! In case of losing the keys an administration fee of 30EUR will be charged on top of the cost for their replacement.

Attention GIRLS: if you stain the towels or bed linen with make up or nail polish you will be charged 15EUR for its replacement.

Responsible usage of internet data is required being cause of litigation the fact of illegal downloads.

The apartment is in a residential building so please do NOT make excessive noise. Talking loudly, loud music, television etc. Especially after midnight. Please do NOT use high heels inside the apartment, the neighbors downstairs will complain.

Only toilet paper can be thrown in the toilet. Do NOT throw any sanitary products, condoms, cigarette butts, etc.
Regarding the cleaning please be sure you are sand free when entering or an extra fee for cleaning may be charged.

Please do NOT take bath towels to the beach.

Not abiding by the house rules can be reason to hold the refundable deposit or part of it.

Late check-in after 10PM is upon request. There's a late check-in fee of 30€.

Please note that all garbage must be disposed of properly in the dumpsters located conveniently around the property.
