It's such a great experience to stay at Trish's place, we felt really welcomed! The room was big, tidy with beautiful modern decoration. Not far from the town centre. The breakfast was delicious! For sure, we'll be back one day! Enjoyed the stay in Wexford, visited the Hook lighthouse, haunted Loftus Hall, had seafood for dinner, perfect weekend break! Thank you so much, Trish for your hospitality!
Thanks a lot Trish. The room was large and lovely. We really felt at home. In fact, it really looks like on the pictures. Modern, neat and good taste. I wish we could have stayed much longer. We had a perfect full irish breakfast as well. The surroundings were also nice with a beautiful view on the lighthouse and a lovely port beneath. Good advice for the pub as well. I hope I will come back another time. Thank you for everything and see you.
We had a wonderful stay at Sanibel B&B. The room and the bathroom was very big and confortable! The irish breakfast was delicious and the host helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommendable!!!!!
Beautiful spot! Delighted with this find, an exceptionally stylish, comfortable and tremendously comfortable room with such stunning views in an idyllic and peaceful serenic setting. The area is surrounded by gorgeous secluded and sandy beaches and the perfect place to get out walking among hilltops and beach walks surrounding the pinnacle. The hosts were fantastic really accomodating and food delicious. Great value for money
Trish and her family were absolutely amazing. They are so lovely and kind. I felt right at home there and my three small children and husband loved it. My parents were very happy staying there and have nothing but good things to say.
The rooms were absolutely spotless, very clean. The decor was warming and welcoming. The rooms were large and well equipped.
Trish was kind enough to hang my clothes on her line to dry and bring them to me folded when done and this is definitely not something B&Bs typically do.
Breakfast was fantastic and they cook whatever it is you ask for.
We accidentally left with the keys to the room and Trish was understanding and made me feel at ease and not worried about taking them.
Her husband, Johnny, offered us dinner plates when we brought our take away to the house. Every time we saw him he asked us if we were all okay or did we need anything.
I highly recommend staying there.
It's in a lovely location and close to many great places to see and eat. Trish will give you information on anything you ask.
We came with three small children and it was so nice knowing she was understanding of how loud they may get. Often times we feel like we have tip toe around with kids but not here. Family friendly 110%! Her daughter even brought the slide out for them to play on. The garden is plenty big to run around and play in.
Would stay again in a heartbeat!!!!
Our experience with Sanibel B&B was positive from start to finish. The room was wonderful (huge!), the setting beautiful, and the hosts lovely. It was the perfect way to start our trip as it allowed us to slow down and really begin our journey in Ireland at a different pace. This is definitely off the beaten-track, which was what were looking for, but still gave us plenty to do. We ventured over to the light house, explored Tinturn Abby, visited the Immigrant Experience in New Ross, and even took in the "most haunted house in all of Ireland"!
