Welcome to your serene getaway in Miami! Nestled on Enchanted Lake, this stunning lake house offers perfect tranquility and convenience. Wake up to picturesque water views and enjoying your morning coffee on a private patio overlooking the lake.

Located just a short stroll from the Brightline train station, you can explore the vibrant cities of Miami, West Palm Beach and Orlando without renting a car. You’ll also be within walking distance of an array of restaurants, shops and Aventura Mall.

The space
Single family home nestled on enchanted Lake with breathtaking views of the lake. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a TV and can sleep two people.

The house is close to multiple synagogues and kosher restaurants and supermarkets. Sets of Kosher dishes, utensils, pots and pans available upon request.

Other things to note
For families with young children and infants, a pool fence and a 4ft temporary metal fence for to restrict lake access can be installed upon request. Each fence installation will be $50. The fence are not necessary but are an added safety feature for concerned parents. We also have a pool alarm.

The pool is heated at 85 degrees and can be increased to a desired temperature upon request. The heating process takes many hours. Depending on the length of the stay, there may be a surcharge of $50 to increase the pool temperature.

No parties or loud music please. There will be a $500 penalty for every such instance.

No smoking indoors, please. You may smoke outside on the patio or anywhere in the backyard. There will be a $500 penalty for smoking indoors.
