Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Dominic not being present the day of our arrival, we were able to settle to get keys by another person. The door not opening with these keys, Dominic contacted one of his neighbors who was able to help us (thank you Tom!!). He then took news of us during our stay to know if everything went well.
The accommodation was in compliance with the description: 7 spacious bedrooms with good bedding, 3 shower-rooms, a large kitchen and a living room where we were able to follow the Soccer World Cup back from visiting Dublin! It would be necessary to add crockery (glasses, cutlery).
Accommodation situated in a very quiet district,a little in outskirts but only 20 min by foot from the city center and served by several bus lines.

  • Dominic (email hidden) who even made a video walk through of the house for us. We had 8 members of an extended family and the renovated older house had everything that we needed including seven bedrooms with double beds, a large kitchen table and plenty of chairs. The sitting room was comfortable. The house and bathrooms were spotless and the location is quite convenient for the city centre. Great stay overall and I highly recommend the house.

  • This house is great if you are travelling with a larger group. Dominic is a very caring host, he was even flexible when I asked him on the day of our arrival if an additional friend could stay there.
    Price/value ratio is excellent!
Some rooms have queen size beds, some do full size, but unless you are a group of giants, it won't be a problem :)
Sleeping quality is great as Drumconda is a quiet neighborhood (and you need much less time to get to the airport even during rush hours as traffic is smaller here).
The place is close to the biggest GAA stadium in Ireland, I strongly recommend to go and watch Gaelic football for a truly local experience!
    Highly recommended.

  • Dominic was great - easy to deal with and lovely and helpful in person to boot!

Due to loosing our other accommodation at the last minute and there not being a spare bed in town, we turned to Dominic. If only we'd gone to him in the first place it would have saved us all the stress and bother in the first place!

The place was fantastic and Dominic was able to get it ready for all 10 of us with minimal notice. 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spare toilet under the stairs, a paved back garden and a new jar of Nutella in the cupboard. We couldn't have asked for more!

The house was in a great location - easy and quick to get to and from the airport and into town (numerous buses less than 5mins walk), great food options nearby and a Tesco 10mins walk away.

No hesitations about staying here again next I'm in Dublin with a group!
