During the summer months enjoy a private pool, patio, and outdoor shower.
During the winter season enjoy sledding, snowy hikes, outdoor fire pit, and local ski slopes.

-Bedroom 1: The primary and only bedroom on the first floor. King size bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk in shower. Enjoy access to the screened-in porch and walk-in closet.

-Bedroom 2: A cozy bunk room with 4 twin size bunks.
-Bedroom 3: Our most spacious with a king size bed, TV, a closet, and a dedicated office with its own door to accommodate peace and focus.
-Lower level bathroom: a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk in shower, claw foot tub, and two separate bathrooms with dual vanities.

Guest access
You will receive your personal code for our smart locks 24 hours before your arrival.
*Your code will work with both the front door and guest suite/garage. There is a lower level back door that your code will not work with. This door can be used manually.
Guests have access to the entire property during their stay. This includes both the main house and guest house, pool/patio area, and small pond.
PARKING:
-There is plenty of parking at Meadows Edge. Two interior garage spots, and 2-3 extra spots in front of garage.

LENGTH OF STAY:
-OCT 2nd to MAY 31st 3 night minimum
-JUN 1st to OCT 1st 6 night minimum
AGE REQUIREMENT:
-Primary booking guest must be 25+
ACCESSIBILITY:
-This is a rural property nestled at the bottom of a hill. The house and guest house both have stairs. However, there is a first floor bedroom/bathroom that is easily accessible with no steps.
PARTIES/EVENTS:
-No weddings, events, or parties of any kind.
-Only registered guests allowed on the property
PETS:
-One dog (NO CATS) allowed per stay, (for an additional fee) and must be confirmed upon booking
POOL:
-The pool will be open from June to October

SECURITY:
-Two exterior cameras are located above the garage, and front doors.
WILDLIFE:
-This home is surrounded by woods. You may see wildlife including deer, moose, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and refrain from leaving food and trash outside.
