Paraíso Azul is an apartment within the Sol y Playa gated community, located in the Córcega ward of Rincón.
The apartment is situated on the second level of the center tower, positioned directly in front of the ocean, and is accessed via a single, short flight of stairs. While there is no elevator, the access is easy and allows you to arrive effortlessly into your private beachfront retreat.

A Friendly Note on Utilities:
Just a heads-up! The Sol y Playa complex does have a power generator that lights up all communal areas, but it does not power the apartment itself. In the event of a power loss, guests will need to be flexible and open windows and doors for ventilation until power is restored.
In case of a power outage, each bedroom is equipped with battery-powered lanterns for illumination.
Please note that any outages of power or water are beyond the control of the owners and managers of the property, as they pertain to the local authorities of power and water. Although they are not common in the area, we’re sharing this information so you know what to expect and can have a comfortable stay with us.
