Welcome to our sunny studio in the Historic Jones Locker Building with parking in the West End which is known for being the most cherished section of Commercial Street. Recently renovated with sleeping alcove, new kitchen and mini-split air conditioning. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the large shared waterfront deck too! Our second floor studio faces Commercial Street and your backyard is the bayside.

Please note that many peak summer weeks check in and check out days are Saturdays only

The space
The May 2025 renovation of the kitchen includes replacing a traditional oven with a 3 burner stovetop and a convection-microwave above. Bathroom renovation replaced a traditional tub with a walk-in shower.

32" Samsung Smart TV with Xfinity Flex Streaming, Apple TV, Bose Speaker 300 music system, In unit dedicated WiFi, full dresser and coat closet. This unique studio is situated on the second floor offering views of the activity on Commercial Street or you can enjoy the view of the bay from the large shared deck located in the rear of the building.
