The space
~810 sf one bedroom, one bathroom, ground floor.

Living Room: Sofa, reclining chair and 50" smart tv with basic cable or connect to your own streaming account(s). Ceiling fan to help with airflow.

Dedicated workspace: Desk, comfortable office chair. High Speed internet to ensure you can stay connected.

Dining Room: Table with seating for four. Buffet stocked with wine. martini, beer glasses.

Kitchen: Stocked with essentials needed for daily living. Includes 12 cup coffee make, toaster, crock pot, knife block, pots and pans, baking sheet, mixing bowls and containers w/lids for leftovers, and a variety of utensils.

Laundry: Full size washer and dryer

Bedroom: Comfy King size bed, ceiling fan, 7 drawer dresser, 2 drawer nightstand, 2 lamps. Wall of closet space with additional storage along with plenty of hangers.

Bathroom: Beautifully tiled walk-in shower, double sinks, 2 full sets of towels, hair dryer, cleaning supplies.

Patio: The private patio has two chairs and table overlooking a beautifully landscaped green space and heated pool.

Pool: BBQ area, 7 heated pools/spas, plenty of seating including lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun.

Surrounding community: If you love to walk, there is an approximate 11-mile greenbelt close by that stretches all the way to Tempe Town Lake.

Guest access: Guest will have access to this one bedroom, one bath condo along with a dedicated carport and free open parking.
