BR1 is a huge King Master with FB1/whirlpool/double vanity. BR2 and BR3 are King Master/Large Queen, & share FB2, down private hallway. Short drive to local Wedding and University venues like West Manor, Ivy Hill, LU, & UL. Huge kitchen, washer/dryer, large deck w/grill, and pool w/fire pit. Exclusive.

The space
Located on 2.5 acres in scenic Forest, Va. Open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, lots of windows and natural lighting. Bedrooms and office all at separate corners of the floor from each other, offering max privacy. Office area is a separate room with door, can easily be used as a 4th bedroom with the provided queen-sized air mattress. Guests will enjoy our home complete with everything you could possibly need that a hotel room both can and cannot provide. The property feels secluded, but is 0.5 miles from Forest Shopping Center (including Kroger grocery store), a dozen restaurants, banks, post office, etc. all literally within walking distance. Quick commute to local universities (LU, LC, Randolph). Less than 2 miles from West Manor and Trivium Inn, 10 minutes to Sierra Vista. Only 5 minutes to Poplar Forest. Great walking/running private roads.

Read our reviews! Lovely home at the very end of a safe, gated community and directly across from scenic pasture and mountain views. Privacy galore. Other homes are not visible from our 2.5 acre lot. Two creeks, walking areas, only half a mile from shops, restaurants, and a Kroger grocery store. Tucked away rural feel, yet literally walking distance to restaurants.

Our estate is actually a part of the original tract owned by Thomas Jefferson and his vacation estate, Poplar Forest. Many of our poplar trees are descended from his! Gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains await your arrival to the area. Whether you are booking for a graduation weekend, a wedding, or just a chance to get away, our home and this area is perfect for all occasions. Boasting complete privacy, yet walking distance to retail shopping and restaurants, groups in our Suites are particularly happy with the experience, be it a bridal or groomsman party, a large graduation family, and the like.
