The Arrow House, is a stylish studio cottage. It is a favorite in our group of three cottages across the street from the Deschutes River and trails that lead to McKay Park, The Old Mill and Les Schwab Amphitheater.
The space is full of cool designer touches like tall barn board walls and a black Smeg refrigerator that make it feel like a miniature modern loft. There is a top of the line king sized bed and a twin lounger futon bed made out of weathered oak pallets. A dual head rain shower and a little private outdoor sitting area make it a great space to get away.
There is a hot tub on the property that is shared by all three cottages, as well as a fire pit, stocked with wood, an herb garden and complimentary bicycles and outdoor toys and games stored in the boat shed.
I like to check you in if I am available and show you around and get you settled. My assistant Anna also may check you in and there is a key box if you are arriving late. I live about 20 minutes away so I am available if needed.
The cottages all sit in one of Bend's best neighborhoods. The river trail that leads to McKay Park is across the street, Columbia park with a pirate ship playground and grassy fields is a block away. You can walk to coffee shops, breweries, live music and entertainment.
The park and ride ski bus leaves to go to Mt. Bachelor from a parking lot about a block away. The bus also goes to the mountain in the summer for hiking and riding the lifts to sight see.
This unit is a studio and also has a portable clothing rack to hang clothes and a dresser, but no closet. We do have a 6 night minimum stay required during the summer months.

We came to stay at the Arrow House for our Honeymoon this past week and couldn't have had a better time. Sarah and Anna were amazing hosts and the cottage was absolutely adorable. My husband and I were so impressed with the attention to detail in the design of the cottage. It was such a wonderful experience, we can't wait to come back!
Had a great stay in the Studio. Perfect location, access to all the great spots in Bend. Place was super clean and comfortable. We will be back.
This was a great stay. Sarah's cottage was cozy, comfy, gorgeously decorated, and just the right size for two. The hot tub, bikes, and double shower were totally bonus. We walked everywhere; it's an easy 15 minute walk to downtown across the Deschutes, and a couple of great local breweries are in the neighborhood. We'd definitely come back!
Great location, close to walking trails and restaurants. Nicely designed cottage with excellent use of space, and the hot tub is really nice to come back to after a long day! Thanks Sarah and Anna!
The cabin is adorable, cozy, comfortable and in a fantastic location. We were able to walk to many places (10 Barrel, GoodLife, Brother Jon's). I will definitely recommend the cabin(s) and would return the next time we're in Bend! In addition, Sarah was a great, accommodating and communicative host!
We had a Fabulous time at Bend Cottages. We rented the studio since there were just the two of us. We loved the little kitchen & the walk in shower w/two rainspouts. The weather was impeccable the three days we were there, we ended each night w/a fire in the backyard firepit. It was an Awesome time :)
Great host and great place. Studio is done very nicely with high-quality fixtures, appliances, and bed. Highly recommended.
This studio cottage is amazing-- super clean and modern with the charm of being in a cottage setting. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Communication with Sarah and her assistant went very smoothly. We could not have had a better place to stay in Bend and will definitely want to stay here again on return trips.

Thank you, greg sullivan, Wyckoff, NJ
We loved staying at Sarah's. Every detail was catered to, it was an impressive and gorgeous use of space, and BEAUTIFUL. We loved our huge bed and silky smooth sheets. We loved Sarah's BEYOND design chops. We loved how we could walk (and did) everywhere we wanted to go...coffee, food, yoga, downtown, river's edge. Sarah was helpful, kind and her klatch of cottages (and the friendly vacationers in them) was totally reapeat-able. We'll be back.
