Please do not use candles in the rooms.

Please use headphones when listening to music and/or watching TV or videos, as the walls are thin and sound carries to other rooms.

Laundry hours are from 2pm until 11 pm.

Dogs! Yes, we know they are adorable! Irresistible, even! But they are master manipulators when it comes to food. We ask that you please do not give them any people food. There is a jar of dog treats in the kitchen which you are free to give them as many as you like. Also, please make sure to keep the plastic gate closed that separates the kitchen from the living room.

There are bins in the refrigerator/freezer, as well as on the shelves in the kitchen for your groceries. Please label your name with labels provided.

Please try to walk as quietly as possible, especially in the morning and late at night. This is an old house and heavy footsteps can disturb the guests downstairs. Also, try to close doors gently.

This is a great place for a short or for a prolonged stay. We enjoyed the rather strict rules Tracy has set - we did not hear any noises from the other guests whatsoever. The areas are very clean, the antique things that are located all over the place are very neat, and her dogs are very sweet. She has everything that one would need for a comfortable stay, including nice espresso machine, several fridges, nice teapots etc. The outside area is huge and has a lot of tables and places to sit and relax. It does not even feel like you are sitting in the middle of a huge city - one night we saw a big owl that came and sit on the tree looking at us for several minutes, it was super cool. I would definitely recommend staying there, and will do so myself. One request that I have is that considering that there are several guest living in the place, I would prefer to have more plates and cups, as a few times we had to wash other people's cups and dishes so that we can use them (they were in a dishwasher, which wasn't full yet, but we couldn't find any other dishes and cups to use).

This is a lovely home and we stayed in a clean and comfortable room. The host, Tracey, was very welcoming and understanding, flexible with check in and check out times. The surrounding area is a lower income area, and a little way out of town, but the house itself felt safe and secure and was conveniently located on the train line for easy transport to the city.

Our group of 4 really loved the location (distance) and setup of this AirB&B. The house itself is overflowing with thoughtfulness and detail, and is very well designed for many travelers. Communication with Tracy was also excellent, and we had absolutely zero issues.

Our group enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, decorated very nice, and had multiple bathrooms. Tracy was a great host who provided our group with helpful suggestions. The 3 dogs were also so cute. My favorite part about the listing was the backyard. You definitely will need a car to get around though. Overall it was a great value/stay!

Such a cute little place. The location is perfect if you're planning on going into the city; it's only about a 10 minute car drive to downtown Atlanta. The house is so cute and very clean. Our host was extremely nice, communicative, and gave us all of the information we needed to make our stay the best it could be. And the dogs are an added bonus! It's definitely a great place to stay.

Easy going and creative....enjoy cooking, entertaining, local, organic food, yoga, good wine, all things vintage, history, architectural preservation, lots of good music, art, film, animals, nature, sailing, the ocean, traveling, calm and tranquil spaces, and try to find beauty in all things. Love to have fun and not take life too seriously. Enjoy hosting and meeting new friends from all cultures and backgrounds and don't really follow the mainstream of American culture at all. Love to buy houses and fix them up. Have quite a few places where we host guests and try to be as accommodating as possible. When staying in a private room, you will be in a room in one of our houses, most likely, there will be a couple of canine co-hosts in the house as well, so loving dogs is a must! Our properties are in lower income, inner city neighborhoods where real, local ATLiens live. You won't see many tourists around, mostly, just typical working class folks who love to sit on the front porch and unwind as part of Southern culture. We always say hello to each other in passing, so please be friendly and observe our friendly custom when encountering locals, they will appreciate the gesture. Locals typically enjoy meeting and helping out-of-towners. Because we are in a lower income, less traveled neighborhood, we can offer stylish, affordable accommodations to travelers on a budget. Also, for travelers relying on public transportation, we are on the Marta line conveniently situated halfway between the Airport and downtown. The rates are very reasonable and not subject to negotiation. Rates, terms, and policies are fixed and applied equally to all guests. We look forward to hosting you one day soon.
